This is a 2nd floor corner unit with wrap-around lanai with easy elevator access. Quiet, secluded, and spacious, the condo is wrapped in greenery. The comfortable living area is surrounded with spectacular view of the lake. Have your romantic meals, sip wine, and watch the sun set from the lanai. This luxurious condo is fully furnished and equipped to be your home away from home and meet your every vacation desire. The layout provides wonderful privacy, with each bedroom and bathroom tucked into its own wing, separated from the common living area but with access to the lanai through floor-to-ceiling glass sliders.
There are cable TVs in both bedrooms, a TV/DVD player in the living room, and a CD/stereo in the dining area. Unit has central air conditioning with ceiling fans in both bedrooms, the lanai, and kitchen. There are two bicycles, with locks, available for your use.
Within the Wild Pines complex, there is a screened-in club house and a community pool and spa. The club house has rest rooms, refrigerator and tables for eating or socializing. Just steps away from the pool are gas grills and tennis courts exclusively for Wild Pines.

Year Purchased: 1997
Owners are retired teachers from Ohio who discovered Bonita Bay in 1997 and thought it was "a little bit of heaven", especially the peaceful view of the lake from this unit The beautiful morning sunshine with coffee on the lanai started the days just right, the peaceful nature trails, parks, bike rides, and of course the wonderful pool and tennis courts. The unit has been mostly used by owners and family, with occasional rentals to acquaintances. The new kitchen was just completed in 2006 with the intent of making this our winter home, but fate had other plans. We believe this is one of the best locations and views in Wild Pines, a wonderful place to spend warm days in the winter! Try it, and we hope you love it as much as we do.
