Master Bedroom offers a king size bed, beautiful en suite with walk-in shower and large walk-in wardrobe. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th bedrooms offer queen size beds.
Close to several fantastic golf courses, great shopping, restaurants and other amenities. For exercise enthusiasts, we are within walking distance to Lifetime Fitness. Sporting events nearby include NASCAR races in April and November at Phx Int'l Raceway (10 min), NHL games at Glendale "Jobing,com" Arena (15 min), Arizona Cardinals and Fiesta Bowl/BCS games (15 min), Cricket Pavilion (15 min). Other activities throughout the valley include Superstition Mtn, Black Canyon City, or take a day trip to Tucson or Sedona Spa and Resort.
For sports fans there is everything available from Fiesta Bowl, Spring Training and Nascar. We are a 15 minute drive to the new Cardinal Stadium and Glendale Arena (home to Phoenix Coyotes) and a 20 minute drive to the homes of The Diamondbacks and The Phoenix Suns. Also close to the brand new Goodyear Baseball Stadium.

We have spent time in the Phoenix area, mainly golfing, and when the opportunity to purchase this property came up we thought it was a great investment.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The temperatures are consistently wonderful. Being able to enjoy an early morning coffee on the upper balcony, while looking out at the golf course is very relaxing.
