The driveway is on the cul de sac of a private road just north of Camelback Road. 1 mile from the Phoenician Resort, 2 miles from world class shopping and restaurants at Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale, 2 miles from the 24th Street and Camelback Road Biltmore shopping plaza. It is 15 minutes and a $20 taxi fare to Sky Harbor Airport.
The master suite has a king size bed, 32” Sharp LCD TV, sitting area, and a wall to wall, floor to ceiling view of mountains and twinkling lights of the city. It has a private deck overlooking the spectacular view. There is a large master bathroom with his and hers vanities, and a large glass enclosed shower. There is a huge walk in closet.
The second master suite is a private casita overlooking the swimming pool. It has a king size bed.
There is a very large media room with a 65” Sharp HD LCD TV and surround sound system. The stereo has an iPod docking station. The media room can also be a family room, and has a panoramic view of downtown Phoenix and the sunset. Enjoy music in the LR and on the pool deck, and throughout the house.
Gourmet kitchen is complete with all the comforts of home. The kitchen and adjoining family area enjoy a 52” Sharp HD LCD TV. Meals and cocktails can be served on the outdoor patio.
All bedrooms feature top quality Egyptian cotton linens and luxurious bathrooms with unique tile work.
There is an exercise room with 2 spin bicycles. The room can also serve as an indoor play area for children.
The Camelback Village Health and Racquet Club is ¼ mile away. Use of the club is available to our guests on a $10 per diem basis. The Club is the finest private health club in the area, and features all the facilities, classes and programs one would wish, including facilities and programs for children. Children can reach the club without leaving the development or crossing any trafficked streets.
