Take a much needed respite in my enchanting Casita. It offers complete privacy. This is an end unit, located on the south perimeter of the property.
Enjoy a Jacuzzi bath surrounded by the healing property of natural stone walls. Sip morning coffee while listening to doves coo at each other. Enjoy the sunrise sitting on the east facing patio. Plan to have dinner on the outdoor dining table while watching the sun change colors on the distant purple Santa Rita mountains at sunset. Walk to the nearby Mexican restaurant or coffee shops. Quail, bunnies, doves, and roadrunners play hide and seek with your eyes!
Marvel at hand-carved beamed ceilings and doors in the living room, enjoy walking on the hand-made Saltillo tile floors throughout the casita or the white wool hand-loomed rug in living room. Sit at the colorful Mexican tile eating bar and chat. Art, antiques, beautiful SW colors abound on these walls and decor! (Assigned parking nearby off the street.)
I have full-size appliances, garbage disposal, ice-maker, water filter built into refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee-maker, washer/dryer in bedroom closet, TV, WiFi, DVD, and CD player.
If you want to be enchanted by an artist/writer/yoga teacher's personal retreat, this is it! (Age-restricted, one person has to be 55 years old.)

Why the Owner Chose Green Valley
I bought this casita several years ago as an escape from the Pacific NW (Washington state) grey winter skies. It does the trick! I step off the plane in Tucson and start to relax. (This is my second casita) I love Green Valley and the healing properties of the desert and the sunshine. The people are lovely, the skies are blue, the birds and bunnies delightful. (It is safe here.)
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I come here to recharge and re-inspire my Spirit! I walk the lighted paths around the complex, swim in the two heated pools, go to meetings in nearby churches (wink), take photos of desert life, hike Madera Canyon, get a massage at a nearby spa and I star gaze. I visit historic Tubac for art/clothes/coffee, sightsee in nearby Mexico, frequent the museums and festivals in Tucson, I light candles at San Xavier Mission then sit to marvel at the 400 year old art, I enjoy the evening programs at Kit Peak Planetarium. I love the warm winters, monsoon lighting storms in summer and the Southwest ambience!

I am the busy Marketing Director of a 40 year old non-profit organization. I also teach yoga, and write a newsletter on holistic recovery from addictions. I enjoy photography, riding my Vespa scooter and making jewelry for my kids and grandkids. My hubby and I just started graduate school, so I am not going to be using my casita as much for a bit.
