  Everything about our week stay in Seaspray Villa was exactly as described and made for a delightful "home away from home" to enjoy St Thomas. We have stayed in some beautiful places in our travels - Seaspray Villa delivered one of the best values ever. The owner's provided great support. In our case, they even went to the extreme of notifying us of our over-payment and issuing a refund before our stay - that is real customer focus. Cowpet Bay is wonderfully convenient to almost all of St Thomas. Red Hook is right around the corner. The north side with Megan's Bay is about 20 minutes. Don't miss dinner at Love Shack, Pesce,The Old Stone Farmhouse. Great beach time at Coki, Sapphire, Megan's, Hull, Emerald (yep, the one by the airport), and right in front of Seaspray Villa. It really does not get much better than St Thomas and Seaspray Villa. Thanks for having us as visitors.

  We've been traveling to St. Thomas for over 20 years and Cowpet Bay West is the best place we've found on the island. The beach is private, the water is beautiful, and the views are spectacular. You won't find another location on the island, in our opinion, that combines all of these elements so completely for the price. The entire property is not too fancy; it is a nice fit for families and the amenities are adequate but not stuffy. Seaspray Villa, itself, is in a great water-front location on the front row of units. The decor is updated but not too fancy. It provides a great balance between comfort and practicality. The bathrooms are huge for the islands and the kitchen is very functional for making lunches or cooking at home. All in all, a terrific spot!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  The condo was everything it was represented to be and more. The view was beautiful of Cowpet Bay and the yacht club. The owners want you to have a great vacation and they welcome you to their home. The location is very good, the resort next to condo has all the amenities you need. The complex is gated and quiet. We went deep sea fishing and caught a blue marlin! If we visit St. Thomas again we will definitely stay at this condo.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Condo was everything it was represented to be, great location, absolutely fabulous view of Cowpet Bay and the yacht club. The amenities at the adjoining resort were good. The owners are very gracious hosts, they want to make your visit enjoyable. The complex was gated and quiet. We went deep sea fishing and caught a blue marlin! If we visit St. Thomas again we would definitely stay here again.

  Just got back from 5 nights at Seaspray. Condo is beautifully furnished, very well maintained, and comfortably stocked for its guests. It sits above Cowpet Bay -- one of the most stunning beaches on St Thomas, even with the marina right next door. (Watching the activity at the marina from the condo deck is actually a plus!) It's a short walk down to the white sandy beach that is never over-crowded and to two beach restaurants/bars that offer very good food. Always a breeze on the beach and lots of natural shade from the palms and seagrape trees. We usually stay on St. John when we visit the islands, but this time decided we wanted a beachfront condo and opted for St.Thomas East End. We debated Secret Harbor or Cowpet, and we made the right choice with Cowpet! It is a beautiful, low-key beach with easy access (short drive) to the Red Hook ferry dock and downtown area for nightlife fun. So, bottom line, gorgeous spot, great condo. We'll be back!

  We spent a week in March 2010 at the Seaspray Villa. This is one of the nicest, most spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished vacation rentals we have used in recent years in the Carribean. Everything you need is on-site. The beach is a short walk, has some shade for those who prefer. The water is easy to enter with a sandy bottom and the beach is nicely maintained. The tennis court is also a short walk and we had it to ourselves! This is perfect if you want a quiet vacation spot, with all the amenities and a resort that is not too crowded.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
