Our Quiet Desert Retreat is ideal for those who are ready to experience a warm, sunny, desert climate living with no hassles! We are offering a very affordable home that is located away from the hustle and bustle. While our home is in a slightly rural setting, it allows you the freedom to do as you please. Although, we do not have the amenities that others do, we have a much lower price and a great home to eat, sleep and relax in.
This property does have spectacular views of the Superstition Mountains and San Tan Mountains. Once again, there are many activities to do while staying in the San Tan Valley including hiking, mountain biking, sunset watching and a short drive can take you anywhere in the Phoenix area.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and master bath. The guest rooms both have queen size beds.

My wife and I purchased this home to stay in while we visit our daughter who lives in Queen Creek. We live in Indiana and enjoy visiting the sunny weather twice a year. We all need a little defrost in the winter!!
Why the Owner Chose Queen Creek
We chose to purchase a home in rural Queen Creek because we enjoy the non-HOA living. We like the freedom to do with the property as we wish with future additions, patios, etc.
The Unique Benefits of this House
While staying at our property we enjoy the very quiet evenings. The location is mildly rural and allows us to see the stars of the big Arizona night sky. We like that we are a 1 hr. drive from many places in Arizona including the San Tan Mountains, Superstition Mountains, Northern Tucson, and many lakes. In addition, we enjoy that the home is located amongst diverse homes and people where everything doesn't look the same like so many of the other sub-divisions in the area.

VERY CLEAN!!! We stayed here in 2009 for three weeks; these people are fabulous. They have maps of shopping centres, points of interest, grocery stores etc and were extremely helpful any time we called. The house was fully stocked with cleaning supplies and small groceries which we replaced as we used them and that was great. One concern, no Telephone or internet and because we are Canadian it cost us $$$ to use our cells, but I undestand they will rectify this. If I don't buy in the area, yes we will be back.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
