3 bedroom 3 bath ocean view executive home is located in Hermosa Beach and just steps away to the world famous “Strand” and one of the country’s most famous swim and surf beaches in California. It’s also just 15 minutes south of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), 35 minutes from attractions such as Universal City, Disneyland, Hollywood, downtown Los Angeles and all the major television and movie studios. Major freeways 405, 110 and 105 are only 10 minutes away.
When you enter the home you are on the lower level where two bedrooms with windows to the ocean. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a gas fireplace, a flat-screen television, and walk-in closet. The master bath is complete with dual vanities, separate shower, and a relaxing whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with tub and shower.
On the second floor, you enter a grand-room with high ceilings and fantastic views of the ocean from every window. The living room has a fire place, stereo, and 55" HD plasma adjacent to the small bathroom, formal dining area, and gourmet kitchen complete with Wolf Range.
The third floor is a loft bedroom with a closet and a mini office area complete with high speed internet. There is a spectacular rooftop deck for entertaining complete with hot tub, dining table, seating and a BBQ. The home has all the amenities and furnishing you need. For an additional fee we can provide a concierge service to make your stay memorable.
There is off street covered parking for two cars and one space in the garage where you will find boogie boards, chairs, and other beach necessities.
This beautiful rental property is also walking distance to a small market, dry cleaners, and a shop for postal and business services. There are great restaurants, shopping, day spas, live entertainment, music venues and the famous Comedy and Magic club which features Jay Leno every Sunday night. Adjacent towns of Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Torrance are within walking distance or a short car ride away. You can ride bikes on a fifteen mile bike path which follows the ocean to Palos Verdes Peninsula to the south or Santa Monica/Malibu to the north. Local world class golf, yacht clubs and marinas offer fishing, scuba diving, and Catalina Island excursions.

I work and live in the area. Hermosa Beach is home to the AVP volleyball tournament, and attracts surfers from all over the world. Since I am an outdoor person I love to bike, swim, boogie board at the ocean. I also own 2 boats and spend time going to Catalina Island where I dive, snorkel and swim. The fall, winter months are the best time to visit since you don't have to fight the crowds and the sunsets every evening are spectacular.
