  Bev and Ken,Thanks to you both for a wonderful two weeks in PCB. We have beeen vacationing at the beach for over 25 years. This has been the best ever.All we needed was at our fingertips.From linens to great kitchen,TV's, balconies with gret views and solitude, even board games and good books to read. We could not have asked for a better location. Our boys walked to Pier Park and the beach daily,we enjoyed the quiet of the pool.We walked every morning at the Veterans Memorial Park.Wonderful walking trail! We had absolutely no complaints.Beautiful home, comfy furnishings, bright and cheery, and so clean. Even the garage was spotless,Thanks for providing us with such great accomadations to create such priceless memories with our family.It was a bonus for us to meet you both!   The property was exactly what our family needed. We were centrally located to all of the Panama City Beach attractions and across the street from the beach, yet we were "just" removed from all of the hotels and craziness of the spring break atmosphere. It really could not be a more perfect location. The house was clean, and our stay was comfortable, and trust me, I'm a stickler for "clean". For those this might matter to, it is worth noting that this is a 3 story condo...a detail I am sure I missed. The common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room) are on the 3rd floor. This was not a problem for most of my family, but for my 68 year old dad's bad knees, it did present a slight challenge, although we pushed through. :) We will definitely be contacting the owners again to rent when/if we return to PCB. Thank you, again, for providing our family with a great beach vacation.

  Thanks, Beverly, for sharing your beautiful beach house with us for our recent vacation. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was extremely well-stocked. You seem to have thought of everything! Very comfy beds and a bath for each bedroom was a plus. The grill and beach chairs you provided were much appreciated and used frequently. Just a few steps to the pool, easy access to the beach, and so convenient to Pier Park...you really have a fantastic location! And we loved the 3rd floor balcony which overlooks the pier and beach. It was a wonderful vacation and we look forward to our next trip to PCB!

  Our family comes to PCB every Summer for vacation and we always stay at the big resorts. This was our first time renting a house. We absolutely loved it!! The house was so spacious for our family of 5 and also a family of 2. The house came with everything you could think of and would need for a great beach vacation. The location couldnt be better as we had the pool right behind us and the ocean right in front of us. Not to mention Pier Park right beside us!! Bev and Ken were excellent owners who were there if we needed anything! We will definitely be staying here for our future PCB vacations!! Thanks so much Bev and Ken!!

  The house was nicely decorated and full of amenities. The owners are friendly and responsive to my inquiries prior and during the stay. The house is a short walk from the beach and within walking distance from Pier Park. Overall, it was perfect for our family vacation.

  Although it was only my husband and I we would of had space for the entire family. We loved the view from the 3rd floor balcony. We could hear and see the waves crashing in on the beach. It was a perfect trip.

  Visting to Panama City Beach for a the second consecutive year for my son to play in a baseball tournament. After our visit to P.C. last year, we were looking to avoid long waits for elevators, and long walks through buildings and across pool decks to the beach. Car was in the garage or right outside in driveway so there was no problem unloading and loading luggage and groceries. This beautiful home was perfect for our family. Short walk to private-type area on beach. No fighting for a good spot with hundreds of other families. Beautiful decor with top of the line bedding and accessories. We were visiting during the tropical storm, which has us inside for two days. The children were able to play in the garage and we were able to sit on the porches. Each bedroom had private bathroom which was great with two teenage girls and one teenage boy. Short walk to Pier Park, fishing pier and plenty of restaurants. Only took our car out when we went to Thomas Drive and to the baseball park. Pier Haven is perfect. We will never stay in a condo again! Bev and Ken are easy to work with.

  My family has stayed in the Summertown community for the last 3 years, but this year was by far the best!! We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The top balcony overlooking the pier and the ocean was breathtaking!! Most important, Bev, the owner, was very easy to contact when we had a question. Bluegrass Stars Lexington, KY 18U 2012 Grand Slam World Series Champions in Panama City Beach!!! Thanks again Ben and Ken!! See you next year.
