This beautiful condo is located in a private gated community just between Ft. Meyers and Naples! The condo is located on the top floor with elevator access and a view of one of the many lakes, tennis courts and golf course. We are a short walk to the clubhouse and main pool which includes a fitness center, clubhouse and spa.
The condo has vaulted ceilings and is decorated to a tee! The oversized Master Suite has a king-size bed, walk in closet with dressing area, private bathroom and a door wall leading to the lanai so you can enjoy the fresh Florida air. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is adjacent to the second full bath. There is a third bedroom/den with ample closet space and a queen-size sofa bed. The open gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking and dining-in needs. Kitchen has a separate eating area with seating for four. Or for a more formal evening you can enjoy the more spacious eight person dining area that is just off the great room. The beautiful screened in lanai has seating for six for those who enjoy watching the golfers on the course, the views of the lake or simply relaxing.
The condo also features a stereo/DVD system with surround sound. The Master bedroom also has a TV/DVD for winding down at the end of the day. All bedrooms are furnished with dressers and plenty of closet space. Ceiling fans in every room including the kitchen and lanai.
Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella and floaties (ages 2-90!) are available for your enjoyment.
Breckenridge is a gated community with an executive par 3 golf course with 13 lakes and eight Har-Tru lighted tennis courts. The grounds are simply gorgeous for walking during the day or having an evening stroll. The community also has Volley Ball, Bocce Ball, Shuffleboard, a junior Olympic pool, 4 additional pools and many activities and events!
We are located 20 minutes from the Ft. Myers airport and minutes away from the famous Barefoot Beach as well as Ft. Myers Beach. Fishing and boat rentals are available near all beaches. Nearby shopping includes Miromar Outlets, Bell Tower, the new Coconut Point Mall plus more.

I am one of the trio of best friends that own this condo. We are from Michigan and spent many winter months in Florida before we decided to purchase our brand new condo. We enjoy the community and all it has to offer. We also enjoy getting away from digging ourselves out of six feet of snow. We hope you have the opportunity to enjoy the condo as much as we do.
