This is a beautiful 3 level home located on a canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico. This home has two bedrooms on the second level and a third bedroom on the third level. The master bedroom with walk in closet, full bathroom, and private entry doors. All bedrooms have TVs. The living area has a full audio set up including DVD player, CD player, 3 TVs, and full speaker system. The kitchen has everything you needed to prepare a gourmet meal except groceries and a chief. Outside of the house is a great 2nd story balcony with sun chairs and a BBQ grill. On the ground level is a full patio dining set, a hammock, a fish cleaning station, chairs, and access to the dock for a boat or fishing. There is also an ice machine to ice down coolers and boats. Entire interrior has been painted with parrots, fish , and tropical scenes by an artist that lived in the house for a couple of months just to paint
It doesn't matter if your vacationing for a week or getting away from the cold for a few months this rental can be your home away from home. Its very well decorated and comfortable and complete with everything you will need. There are many activities in Crystal River like fishing charters, swimming, nightlife, manatee adventures, and more to meet everyone's ideal vacation. There are also many necessities like shopping, dining, and movies for the everyday activities for long term rentals. With manatees swimming right by the dock, being 5 minutes from fresh springs, and 10 minutes from the Gulf this rental is sure to make your stay great!
Rates for this rental are $1,200 a week or $3,000 a month. $100 cleaning fee is required for every weekly rental and required every month for long term rentals. $100 pet fee and pet must be approved by owner.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve all rentals. Cancellation requires a 48 hour notice to refund money. A cancellation charge of 50% of the reservation rate will be charged to the customer to cover lose of revenue. This amount should equal 50% of the total rental agreed.
