Location, location, location!!! One of the reasons I chose "Indian Summer" beach house is because it only takes you one minute to walk to the beautiful beach. If you want to take a run or a stroll on the beach, you have magnificent views of the ocean. You can also walk to Cherry Grove pier where you can fish for a fee or drive to 53rd avenue where there is free fishing on the channel. This area also includes a boat ramp, a small pier, a gazebo for relaxing or enough room for someone to fly a kite. There is also an area around the bend where people take their kayaks out. With all of this nearby, how can you not have a great vacation!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Location, location, location!!! I chose "Indian Summer" beach house because it only takes you one minute to walk to the beach. If you want to take a run or a stroll on the beach, you most definitely will enjoy magnificent views of the ocean. Not only do you have parking underneath the house but you have an additional space for 5 more cars on the side of the house. Listed here are a few things that are so near to the house that you can walk to them: the grocery store, hardware store, restaurants, amusements, the Cherry Grove Pier, kayak and bike rentals, shopping places and convenience stores. With all of this convenience, how could you not have a great vacation!

Upon graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in Biology, I worked for Dupont as a Plastics Technician. This enabled me to purchase my beach house while still in my 20's. As a child, we got to visit the beaches quite regularly which has always been a complete joy to me. The Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest beaches in the area. It is conveniently located near lots of shopping, great restaurants, golf and many more amusements. The house is so close to everything that you can walk to Boulineau's grocery store or one of the oldest ice cream stores in the surrounding areas. Cherry Grove Beach has unobstructed panoramic views of the glorious natural beauty of the ocean.
