Gardens at Beachwalk is a resort style community that allows you to be close to the beaches of Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers. This community offers you a heated pool, spa, library, and gym and you can come home and watch the lighted fountains in the lake from your balcony.
This two bedroom, two bath condo on the 3rd floor is beautifully decorated and is next to the clubhouse and recreation area. There are walk-in closets in each bedroom. The master suite has a king bed and a flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has two twin beds and a TV/VCR. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The condo features a large living room with TV/DVD/VCR, dining area, utility room and eat in kitchen with breakfast bar. You are able to go out on the lanai and enjoy the views of the lake while enjoying a nice cup of coffee or tea.
This tropical paradise is convenient to all the areas attractions like: restaurants, supermarkets, the Tanger outlets, Super Target, Fort Myers Beach, and the beautiful Sanibel/Captiva Islands.
We're only 4 1/2 miles to Fort Myers Beach, 6 miles to Sanibel, and 12 miles to the Fort Myers Airport (RSW). This Condo is walking or biking distance to the grocery stores, shopping and great restaurants.

Why the Owner Chose Gardens at Beachwalk
We chose to buy a vacation rental condo in Gardens at Beachwalk because we wanted to be close to the beaches in the Fort Myers area. This community is very convenient to all the attractions in the area as well as provides beautiful amenities within the community. We love the area and wanted a place that we could call our home away from home.
