This beautiful beach house is brand new to the rental market and offers all the amenities for a wonderful beach vacation. Located at the west end of Galveston Island at Pointe San Luis, it's 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Sea Wall, but just far enough out to have miles of uncrowded beaches.
This large beach house has two extra large balconies that overlook the beach and Gulf. You also have Bay views from the front of the house. The house is located just across San Luis Rd., but is actually much closer to the beach than most 2nd and 3rd row houses in the other beach developments. The are no houses blocking any of the wonderful Gulf views.
This house offers everything you could possibly need, then some. You have an amazing master suite with king size bed and large master bath with a jetted tub and separate shower plus a walk in closet. The master has a beautiful gulf view and entry onto the balcony. There are two additional bedrooms each with queen beds, plus a bunk room with double bunk beds to sleep four. A queen size sofa bed is available if needed. There is an additional bath on both the second and third floor for a total of three baths. We provide luxurious linens and towels throughout. This house also has a large laundry room, not just a closet.
Enjoy your morning coffee or dining anytime on the balcony. We've provided outdoor furniture on both balconies. Sit out and listen to the waves or come in and enjoy the new large flat screen TV in the living area. There is a second flat screen TV in the master. The extra large kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, as well as two eating areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, blender, and anything else you could possible need.
We've also provided a few extras for your entertainment such as an indoor foosball table plus a variety of board games, movies and books. When you're ready to hit the beach, we've supplied beach towels, boogie board and lots of sandy beaches. The ground floor patio area is spacious and has a charcoal grill.
