Our townhouse is definitely different from the rest in Regal Palms! Our beautifully maintained townhouse is warm and inviting, uniquely decorated, with comfortable beds and furniture. Among the many qualities offered in our 'Home' are new woodgrain laminate flooring downstairs, brand new comfortable plush berber upstairs, and all newer appliances and kitchen countertops (replaced within one year). Several people familiar with Regal Palms units have stated that they feel that our home is the nicest they've seen!
The resort is located a short drive (approximately 15 minutes) from Disney World, yet far enough away from the crowds to provide you with a peaceful and quiet setting to relax after a long day of activities. Also located in the area are the major Orlando attractions, beautiful golf courses, restaurants and shopping centers.
About the Regal Palms resort:
Regal Palms is a private luxury resort with a 2 ½ acre Water Park including two Swimming Pools, a Lazy River, a Waterslide, both Outdoor and Indoor Spa/Hot Tubs. The Clubhouse is equipped with a Restaurant, Internet Access and Game Room. Among the amenities, Regal Palms has a Gym, Steam Room, Sauna, and Spa. The Tiki Bar and beautiful outdoor veranda add to the outdoor enjoyment that you will experience while enjoying the sun.
Location to the Pool/Clubhouse:
You'll love the location of our townhome. We're located on La Mirage, only a brief walk (less than five minutes) from the Regal Palms Clubhouse and water complex. The resort amenities are located near, but not too close. Our location provides you with the privacy and peace and quiet that you will experience while sitting on the second floor balcony or sitting on the rear patio with a backyard protected by a privacy wall.
Our townhouse has 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths, and sleeps 6 – 8 people. However, with the 2 newly added rollaway beds and the pull-out sofa, there is sleeping room for a total of 10 people. The two upstairs bedrooms are both large master suites with comfortable queen sized beds, TVs, and private baths with soaking tubs (and a balcony off one master). The third bedroom is located on the first floor and has two comfortable twin beds, a TV, walk-in closet, and a full-size adjoining bath. The unit has been tastefully decorated, and fully equipped to provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay in a 'Home-Like' setting, while enjoying the wonderful amenities of a luxurious resort. We are proud of our home and have added numerous upgrades this year to provide additional comfort and luxury to all who stay there. The great room is equipped with a TV (new 40" flat screen TV added in October, 2009) a stereo, queen-sized sleeper couch and loveseat, dining table, and breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small appliances (2 coffee makers, toaster, can opener, blender, mixer), cookware, flatware, dishes, serving platters, glassware etc. for preparing and enjoying meals right at home. All bedding needs (pillows, blankets, extra thread count bed linens, etc.) and bath linens are provided. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, and iron and ironing board. And for your convenience, there is a shopping center within walking distance for your grocery needs.
***OUR RATES ARE*** $72/Nt - low season, $79/Nt - mid-season, $89/Nt - high-season.
***HOLIDAY WEEKS*** $99/Nt (Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day & Thanksgiving) All rates include FLORIDA TAXES, and for 6 nights or more, the CLEANING FEE is also included. For stays of 5 nights or less, there is an additional charge of a $75 for cleaning. Please Note: Upon arrival, the Regal Palms Resort imposes a $11.20 per day resort charge (one per rental unit), which they collect for use of the resort amenities. This is a Regal Palms Resort requirement and unfortunately unavoidable. The resort fee benefits the resort, not the owner.

My wife and I have been retired for approximately 10 years. We enjoy time with our children and grandchildren. We live on the Southern coast of New Jersey. We love to travel and Florida is among our favorite places to visit often. Basically, we have fun and enjoy life!
Why the Owner Chose Regal Palms
We like to visit Florida often and wanted a place there to 'Call Home', and also give our children and grandchildren a beautiful and comfortable place to stay when they vacation. We were attracted to the Regal Palms resort from pictures on the Internet. When we visited, we found the resort to be 'Just As' if not 'More desirable' than we had imagined. We also got a real 'At Home' feeling, which is important to us. The amenities and the 'Water Park' features are great!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
We love the set-up of the unit. We have a private front-entry, back yard patio, and private deck from the upstairs master suite. The location of our townhouse is ideal for us. We have a very brief walk to the resort amenities, yet we are in a quiet area of the resort. We uniquely decorated our unit, and have furnished it with comfortable and tasteful furniture. We love the 'Home Away from Home' feel of our townhouse.

Great house, beautiful pool and close to Disney

We spent one week with our two children and we definitively had a great time. The house was big, well furnished and clean. The pool area was great for the kids and us. The supermarket is right there and we were very close to the parks and restaurants. I really recommend this place, we will be back for sure!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have been staying here for the month of Feb. Everything was as discribed and very clean. The pool area is very nice.. They grilled lunch by the pool on the weekend. Rob was always very quick to answer any questions. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while visiting the attractions in the area. Grocery store is on the corner within walking distance, alone with other shops and Applebees. We also found the End Zone restaurant about 6 miles south on US 27. We would stay here again.
