This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse is an end unit located at the northern most area of the resort. It has white water views of the beach, and canyon views of an historic railroad trestle. It has lots of windows to take in the fresh ocean breeze and natural light. This unit is unique because it has a large separate dining room and 3 separate balconies making it one of the largest and most spacious units in the development.

Just outside the front door is a path to the staircase leading to the beach. If you don't feel like walking a staff member of the Seascape Resort will pick you up in a golf cart and drive you to the edge of the sand. There are also 3 swimming pools and hot tubs available at the resort for your enjoyment. Across the street is the Seascape Village with boutique shops, restaurants, and a spa. Within walking distance is the Seascape Golf Course, and the Seascape Fitness, Swim and Tennis Club.

Year Purchased: 1996

I spent many a treasured childhood summer on the beach in Aptos, a place where fresh Pacific breezes combine with the casual lifestyles of the California coast. In an effort to preserve that family tradition I acquired a condominium at the Seascape Resort where our family retreats from our hurried lives in the San Francisco Bay Area to relax and enjoy time together.

Why the Owner Chose Aptos

Your Escape to Seascape is located on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and it offers magnificent sunset views. The beach is quiet and less populated than many of the surrounding community beaches making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the day. Seascape is centrally located a short drive from the famous seaside community of Santa Cruz, and the charm of Carmel and Monterey.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

The Seascape Resort specializes in service. The service staff will build you a bon-fire on the beach complete with all the fixings for S'mores. Upon request a member of the staff will pick you at your unit in a golf cart and drive you to the edge of the sand. In room massages, dining and daily maid services are available.
