The condo is conveniently located at the Kiahuna Plantation and within a short walk of the beach at the Kiahuna, both fine and casual restaurants and a popular shopping area. Two excellent golf courses are within a five minute drive. The Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club, directly across Poipu Rd. have ten tennis courts and a swimming pool for Kiahuna guests complimentary use. The swimming pool is equipped with a shallow sandy beach area, water-slide and Jacuzzi. The pool and facilities are ideal for guests of all ages.
The condo #404 location is perfect for taking advantage of all the wonderful activities the Kiahuna Plantation has to offer. Set in a secluded garden view location in Building 40, our completely remodeled condo is on the ground floor. Walkout to a large covered lanai and lawn area surrounded by tropical landscaping. The lanai has both lounge chairs and table/chairs for relaxing or dining outside. A gas grill is just steps away.
The kitchen is fully furnished for dining in with granite countertops, all new cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. New living and dining room furniture with a tropical design will ensure you relax while watching one of two flat screen TVs. The sofa coverts to a comfy queen size sofa bed with an extra thick mattress. You will also sleep well in the private bedroom furnished with a new California King mattress, TV and ceiling fan to get the most out of Kauai’s tropical breeze. All linens, towels, and toiletries are fully stocked in the remodeled bath with travertine tub and shower and vanity with granite counter. Why the Owner Chose Kiahuna Plantation
Kiahuna Plantation Resort is located on sunny Poipu beach. Known for it's sunny and warm climate at the south end of Kauai, the Kiahuna Plantation Resort has one of the best beaches in Hawaii. All beach activities from sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling in the calm ocean waters to renting a surfboard or boogie board at the onsite beach hut and joining local surfers hangin' ten just off shore is available at one beautiful beach location. The Kiahuna Plantation Resort is a short and scenic 25 minute drive from the Lihue airport. Free parking and free internet access is included for all Kiahuna Plantation rental guests as is twenty four hour guest services and security. First time visitors are amazed at the spacious grounds and gorgeous landscaping which include acres of manicured Great Lawn area, just off the sandy beach, and surrounded by world renown tropical flowers. Each condo unit is privately owned and each offers a large covered lanai. The interior furnishings are designed with the island atmosphere in mind...to enable a relaxing and entertaining environment with all the comforts of home. The Hawaiian people, their culture, music and history is captivating. We enjoy walking on the quiet beaches, swimming and snorkeling in Kauai's pristine waters and hiking on tropical and scenic trails.
