Poipu is a favorite beach for swimming, snorkeling and surfing....rated the best on Kauai. The condo is conveniently located at the Kiahuna Plantation and within a short walk of the beach at the Kiahuna, both fine and casual restaurants and a popular shopping area. Two excellent golf courses are within a five minute drive. The Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club, directly across Poipu Rd. has ten tennis courts and a swimming pool for Kiahuna guests complimentary use. The swimming pool is equipped with a shallow sandy beach area, water-slide and Jacuzzi. The pool and facilities are ideal for guests of all ages.
Beachhouse condo #404 location is perfect for taking advantage of all the wonderful activities the Kiahuna Plantation has to offer. Set in a secluded garden view location in Building 40, the remodeled and updated condo is on the ground floor. Walkout to a large covered lanai and lawn area surrounded by tropical landscaping. The lanai has both lounge chairs and table/chairs for relaxing or dining outside. A gas grill is just steps away.
The kitchen is fully furnished for dining in with granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Living and dining room furniture with a tropical design will ensure you relax while watching one of two flat screen TVs. The sofa converts to a comfy queen size sofa bed with an extra thick mattress. You will also sleep well in the private bedroom furnished with a King size bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan to get the most out of Kauai’s tropical breeze. All linens, towels, and toiletries are fully stocked in the remodeled bath with travertine tub and shower and vanity with granite counter. We enjoyed getting to know the Kiahuna resort.....much larger than one realizes until you really walk around, with lovely people and amenities. You've done a beautiful job decorating your condo! We stayed in this beautiful condo for a week and enjoyed every minute of it! This was our second trip to Kauai. Chuck was easy to get a hold of and very kind, offering us a list of their family favorites to do in Kauai. Which we used quite a few times. We went to the local Costco and enjoyed eating outdoors daily. The condo was clean and the photo's very accurate. We arrived in the evening and the condo had the perfect glow, light by the management, before we arrived. The pool was a little far and the hours short....but we preferred the ocean anyway. We love Kauai and loved our stay at the Kiahuna!!! Thank you Chuck.....what a gem!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We had a really enjoyable time at your rental property. Communicating with Chuck was always a pleasure. Check in was a breeze. The condo is a great location and has easy walking access to Poipu Shopping Village for our morning coffee and dinners. The beach at the property is beautiful!!! It's always nice to have a "home beach" to come to after spending the day exploring with young teenagers (slept on the pull out sofa bed). The kitchen was outfitted with great appliances and everything you need for cooking (although cooking spray/oils would have been a nice touch). It was also great that beach chairs and boogie boards were included in the closet. My twin boys were thrilled. We left a brand new one to add to the collection (enjoy!) As a single mom, this was a great, budget friendly way to travel with my kids.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Once again we had a perfect Kiahuna Plantation vacation! This was defintately the nicest condo we have stayed in so far. The owners did a fantastic job on their reno updates. Everything felt clean and fresh. The ground floor lanai was perfect with our two little boys and the location of the condo was great for us being halfway between the beach and pool. We wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again...it is a pleasure dealing with the owners and enjoying the luxuries that this unit has to offer! Thanks again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Everything was perfect. Condo was beautiful and in erfect condition. A very peaceful and quiet location with easy access to all we needed. Will do it again.Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Kiahuna Plantation Resort is located on sunny Poipu beach. Known for it's sunny and warm climate at the south end of Kauai, the Kiahuna Plantation Resort has one of the best beaches in all Hawaii.
