Modern townhouse with an indoor area of 145 sqm (1560 sq ft) located in brand new luxury townhouse resort close to Choeng Mon Beach, one of the best beaches on Koh Samui and in the Northern part of the island where you are close to everything. Huge living area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms spread out on 2 1/2 floors with an open view to coconut palms and the sea. Private balcony and terrace.
The resort has 2 swimming pools, fitness center, all day restaurant and free tuk-tuk beach shuttle. There are only a total of 24 houses, which makes the stay very peaceful and private.
The house is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, there is also free satellite TV and wireless internet in the whole resort area. Cleaning and change of linen and towels twice a week is included in the price. 24 hours security and reception service manned 12 hours a day.
Koh Samui is easily accessed with 18 daily flight with Bangkok Airways from Bangkok and direct flights to Phuket, Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
Most people visit Koh Samui for the beautiful sand beaches, but there a lots of other activities available like diving, yoga, kite surfing, sailing, visiting national parks and temples, elephant riding, jungle safari and go-carting.
Koh Samui also offers a great opportunity to play golf on one of the 3 golf courses on the island all located within 25 minutes drive of the house.
Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged at 500 THB (11 Euro) per trip for up to 6 persons per car.

Why the Owner Chose Koh Samui
Samui has the best of everything, you get the Thai culture, the fantastic Thai food and the very friendly Thai people. The weather is perfect most of the year with less rain than Phuket and not as hot as Bangkok. Samui is less commercial than other vacation spots in Thailand as Pattaya and Phuket, but still has excellent restaurants, beautiful beaches and plenty of things to do.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
The space and privacy provided for a fraction of the price of renting a private villa makes this a very good deal. The resort is located close to the main city Chaweng Beach, but also close to the excellent Choeng Mon Beach with it's white sand and clear water.

I am originally from Denmark but have been living in Hong Kong for 9 years, working as an airline pilot for Cathay Pacific Airways. Traveling is a major part of my life, and one of my favorite places to go in the world is Koh Samui which is why I chose to buy a villa here. I later teamed up with a Thai developer to build a townhouse resort named The Park Samui, we sold the houses at the resort to individual owners, and I am now renting the houses out for the house owners.

My family and I just returned from Christmas break at the Park Samui. The apartments and resort look exactly like the pictures on the web site. The apartment was very clean and there was plenty of space for our family of four. The kitchen is small but there are enough utensils and dishes for 4 people. There were a couple of things we would have found useful in the kitchen - there's no oven so a microwave would have been great as well as a coffee maker or french press. The tuk-tuk shuttle was very convenient for getting to and from the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Park Samui to anyone looking for a quiet location in the north of the island.

I recently stayed at the Park Samui. I want to let you know that it was a wonderful experience, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The tuk-tuk service to the beach was most convenient. Even though I rented a car (which the staff totally handled) we used the tuk-tuk every day. It was such a treat to stay in a modern, clean, well equipped and quiet accommodation, Thanks! I recommend!

We have stayed at hotels in Samui before, but this was different, as you pay hotel room price but actually get a house for yourself, making it much more private. The resort is not on the beach, but this didn’t really matter as we just took the beach shuttle there every morning and called them for pick-up in the afternoon, and when back at the resort you get your privacy and space in stead of a cramped hotel room. We rented a car for a couple of days and did our own exploration of the island, which I highly recommend. The staff at The Park were very friendly and helpful, loved the cold towels and drink at arrival after long flights from Denmark!
