Beautiful healing surroundings, with a cute house that is made for maximum comfort, and for families being together. Having a feeling of being completely disconnected from the rest of the world when you are surrounded by the beauty of this ranch, but still know that it is only a 15 minute drive into the spectacular town of San Miguel De Allende, makes it the perfect mix.
The house has a lot of light and perfect for in/out-door living, the house also has a large well equipped kitchen for those who like to entertain and cook.
Our property used to be part of the most famous horse breeding ranch in Mexico. Our neighbor kept the stables and we have one hundred acres where these trophy horses got their Alfalfa.
The part where the goats were kept we transformed it into a tool shed, an office for the night watchman, a covered three car garage, a big warehouse, and a beautiful one bedroom casita. All this is about fifty yards from the main house.
The main house used to be a honey farm and we have transformed it into a beautiful and comfortable home. We have high definition TV, broadband internet, free calls to the US and Canada with a Magic Jack that we provide. We have two wood burning stoves, a big fireplace, two gas heaters, one electric heater, and ceiling fans. The hot spring pool is twenty yards long for lap swimming, and an adjacent shallow pool for children. It is surrounded by a plastic fence for the safety of children, or can be taken down and rolled up in five minutes.
The property is ten miles away from San Miguel de Allende, and two miles away from the religious Sanctuary of Atotonilco. Both just became part of the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITES. San Miguel is a colonial jewel with about one hundred thousand inhabitants where you can find beautiful homes, great shopping, and excellent dining. It is all cobbled stone and kept radiant and clean as it was many hundred of years ago. Atotonilco is a small magical church full of beautiful frescoes and wooden floors. It is one of the last places where pagan and religious rituals are still performed.
The house comes with or without help which ever you prefer, but the cost is paid by the renter.

- Our pool is being filled up by natural hot springs and comes out about 38 degrees Celsius, 100 degrees Fahrenheit. We have a great, well kept playground outside the house and around the pool area. Ground leveled trampoline. A big covered sandbox. Great swing sets and tree house. The house also has a lot of nice outdoor patios.

I chose this place because after searching twenty five years for my dream location it suddenly fell into my lap. I had envisioned this exact place since I first visited this area thirty five years ago. The property has uninterrupted views, legal hot spring water, plenty of wild life, completely secure, and to me it is a slice of paradise.
The Unique Benefits of this Ranch House
You will enjoy lots of peace and tranquility all around you. We have plenty of wild animals like eagles, hawks, hares, rabbits, doves, quail, flycatchers, and lots of other birds. It is the only estate that I know of that has a legal well to irrigate the one hundred acre property, and we are blessed that the water comes from a hot spring at about 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The water is pure and odorless so swimming in the pool is always a treat. All the sunsets are breathtaking, and star gazing can become addictive. We have around eighty fruit trees in our garden and we grow all our vegetables and spices.
