I have two Vacation Rental properties in Chula Vista. Both are very close to each other. I have only been renting as vacation rentals for one year. I started renting on VRBO because I live in Europe for eight months of each year and my house was just sitting vacant during that time. I operate a small Real Estate Business in North Chula Vista and my Office Manager is close by in case there are any special needs.
