Beginning each day here with a beautiful sunrise everything is easy. It is easy to get here. Only two miles off of interstate I-81. It is easy to get to Claytor Lake State Park just down the road. It is easy to walk from the house to the dock down a gentle slope with no steps. It is easy to get to Virginia Tech or Radford University. It is easy to access the surrounding restaurants. This "Location, Location, Location" cannot be beaten.

The paved driveway extends down to the private boat launch, boat dock, and swimming area. The paddle boat is available from June 13th until September 10th. You can bring your own boat and launch it here or you can rent a boat from the local marina and moor it at our dock.

With a large great room and a lakeside sun room there is plenty of space for everyone. There is a fire-pit for evening hot dog and marshmallow roasting. Under the sun room is a gas grill and a covered patio for outside dining.

If you want to be on the lake without being too far from all of the local attractions and businesses, this is the place for you.

• Suitability
  • Pet Friendly: Pet under 30 pounds are allowed if kept in the sun room or on a leash outside. There is a $50 per pet fee.
  • Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): There are two steps into the house. There is one step down to the bedrooms. A car can be driven down to the dock at the water.
  • Kid Friendly: Children should be supervised at all times.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is allowed outside. Smoking debris is to be properly disposed of in an appropriate container.
