This beautiful 2nd story, 2-level villa in situated in the premier setting at Ocean Palms in Port Royal Plantation, overlooking a peaceful lagoon and the 8th fairway of the Barony golf course. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach, this unit is spacious, bright and attractively appointed. It has a full kitchen with service for 10 with a breakfast bar that has seating for 3, and large dining table that seats 6.
For your convenience, there is a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron to help you keep up with your laundry needs. The family living area is open and spacious. It has a queen sleeper sofa for additional quests, if needed. Located on the first floor is a 2nd master suite with a large bath.
The main master bedroom is on the second floor and has a spacious in-suite bath. In addition, there is a third bedroom and bath on this floor.
The large open deck is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or sunbathe, while watching the golfers pass by. You will love the nature sounds coming from the lagoon, and you can watch the exotic birds in the nearby trees.
Rental of this unit includes 4 golf rounds daily (paying only cart fees) on 3 lovely Port Royal courses and Shipyard. This package also includes special discounts on Oyster Reef and Palmetto Hall courses. Following a round of golf you can relax in the new upscale Port Royal club house. You will receive one free hour of tennis for 4 daily where you will find 10 clay courts and 4 hard courts at the Port Royal Racquet Club.

Owner Description
We are a retired couple living in Sandy Springs, Georgia. We are golfers, and are both committed to volunteer work. Bill is an avid fisherman, and I play the piano. We are parents of four children, and we have five grandchildren.

We loved Port Royal and the Ocean Palms community from the first moment and knew that it was a special place where we wanted to spend lots of time throughout the year. The beauty and peacefulness of the area is unsurpassed.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Golfing on the three Port Royal courses - Robbers Row, Barony, and Planters Row - is such a pleasure. Each morning finds us on the beautiful expanse of beach that is only a few minutes' walk from our villa. We are also within a short walk to the Westin Hotel, where we and our guests are afforded complete use of the facilities, including gym, pools, outdoor decking, etc.
