Litchfield By The Sea offers beautiful private beaches, tennis, walking/biking trails, pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, etc. All amenities for a wonderful vacation.
Located close to many golf courses, amazing restaurants, fantastic shopping, dinner theatres, live shows and music, all within a short drive. Also close to waterparks, miniature golf, movie theaters and much more. All religious denominations are represented within a five to ten minute drive.
Relax on the spacious deck by napping, reading a book or looking out at the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This is the perfect place to start or end your day at the beach.
The condo features a spacious and open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with cable TV. The living room and Master Bedroom all provide beautiful views of the ocean. Wireless internet service is provided.

In October 2010 I was married at Pawleys Island Chapel with a reception at Litchfield By The Sea Beach Club. We chose this unit as our hub for a few days leading up to the wedding and immediately after. The previous post are correct, these pictures do not do the unit justice. It is very well appointed with terrific views. Very spacious for you and your guests! I highly recommend this unit for your vacation needs.

We loved our vacation in this unit. The professionally decorated condo provides a relaxing atmosphere with quality furnishings. There were no problems and the condo is quite spacious. We didn't want to leave and look forward to next year. We only have one suggestion: lounge chairs/comfortable seating on the balcony would be great to help spend more time there.

Our family enjoyed the week's stay. We prefer the Fordham building because of its proximiity to the beach and pool areas. The condo has a great library of beach reads. Everyone commented on the comfort of the beds and the fact of having kings. It has a great view of the sunrise. We found the unit clean with quality furnishings and linens.

The condo was beautifully decorated and quite spacious. We enjoyed the ocean view and the sun rises from the balcony. Litchfield by the Sea's gounds are quite beautiful, and the security is great. Everything you would want is right there on the property.

Usually the photos make the property look better than it is, but that's not the case here - it was even nicer than the pictures. The condo is elegantly furnished and very comfortable too. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. And the large deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Beach access was great-about 100 yards away. Security was very good and the entire building/grounds was excellent. Overall, fine rental.
