  This was our 4th vacation to Siesta Key and, as always, we had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything that we needed. We walked over to Turtle Pub several times for drinks, dinner, appetizers...all were great. HAVE to go to Solorzano Bros Pizza (215 Avendia Madera in Siesta Key Village) for the best pizza and an overflowing greek salad. Of course the main attraction for us was Siesta Key Beach and we had several perfect beach days. We have stayed on the beach, across from the beach, on the bayside, and at Turtle Beach. All have their pros and cons but for the price and amenities, Cozy Cove was a good choice.

  My husband and I stayed at this unit for a week and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to stay there. The area is very quiet and relaxing yet walking distance to Turtle Beach and some restaurants and only a few minutes drive up the road into town. The unit is very nicely furnished and extremely clean and well taken care of. Had use of the owners kayak and enjoyed that as well as the private docks where we did some fishing. This unit is a great bang for your buck. Thank you!!!

  My husband and 2 teenage daughters recently visited the Cozy Cove for a week in June 2012. We thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo. The master bedroom was very large with a ceiling fan and a large patio with great views of the ocean in the distance. The unit was furnished beautifully, immaculate and had every amenity you could possibly want. Our teenagers enjoyed their own room and not having to share a bed. We all very much felt like we were at home for the week and hated to leave. The property owner Karen was always very prompt in answering all of my emails and provided helpful info about the Siesta Key area. The condo is within walking distance to a great little restaurant called Turtles right on the water. Be sure to visit the St Armands Circle area for great shopping and lots of restaurants! We also visited Busch Gardens which was about an hour away. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and look forward to another visit!!

  My husband and I spent the last two weeks of April at Cozy Cove and loved it. This townhouse is very tastefully decorated, spacious and two floors make it ideal for families. We especially enjoyed kayaking in and around Turtle Bay. A highlight of our stay was an afternoon spent touring Little Sarasota Bay on a boat we rented from the marina that is almost directly across the street. The area has a great vibe, with lots of cyclists, walkers and joggers, Turtle Beach a short walk away, an abundance of good restaurants, many with live entertainment, and beautiful sunsets. We will be back!

  Having just spent two months at this very comfortable condo, I can add to the accolades that have been mentioned by other reviewers. The 6 unit condo complex was perfect for meeting some nice neighbors but quiet in the evenings and nighttime. Three restaurants were within walking distance (from the mundane to the sublime), and others were but a few minutes drive away. The beaches were as advertised, and kayak rentals only a phone call away with delivery to the nearby launch area on the inlet. All the desired cultural events and ethnic restaurants Sarasota has to offer were 25 minutes or less away. The pool is not heated but there wasn't much need for it in January/February. In summary, this is a most comfortable and conveniently located condo.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  I'll write my review in bullet points for the sake of time: 1. Owner was nice to deal with. 2. Owner provided a free two person kayak (saves you money so you won't have to rent them and gives you an additional activity for your stay) 3. The condo has very thoughtfully placed furniture like the built in dress/counter top by the extra vanity mirror in the master bedroom, and nice furniture in the room. There also were two thoughtfully placed pieces of furniture placed in the kitchen and entry way when you first walk into the condo. This is great for placing groceries prior to putting in the refrigerator or just misc. things that you need to grab and go, or set down. 4. This condo has a blu ray player so you can stay in one night and rent a movie. Nice. There were several remotes and it only took about 5 minutes for a neanderthal like myself to figure out which remote does what. 5.MOST IMPORTANTLY: This condo is extremely well located and priced perfect. For the price, you're getting a condo that is situated at a dock, or you can drive around to the beginning point of the bay or Turtle Beach (1 minute drive no joke). I was able to have a stand up paddle board delivered to my condo, they placed it on the car, and told me that I can use the newly rented equipment in the bay at that beginning point or take it literally right next door onto the beach access. There is public parking at this access point, and this part of the beach known as Turtle Beach is a more quiet less populated beach. The water is the same as it is 10 minutes away in Siesta Key which was very "key" to our decision, and there is plenty of room at Turtle Beach to swim in the shallow water...just like Siesta Key. The sand is different on this beach but I was expecting it due to my research on beachunter.net. Oh, this condo is located near everything. Tired of the beach and want your mall? Close by. Want to go to Siesta Key? Close by WITH PUBLIC PARKING. You can not lose with this owner, the price, nothing. Do not stay in a hotel and do not stay at siesta key. Go to Turtle Beach, stay by the bay where you can kayak and visit the mangroves (bring a water proof camera), and visit Siesta Key on your own whims.

  We just returned from our stay at Cozy Cove. It was a wonderfully appointed condo - had everything you could need and it was clean and nicely furnished. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away - and the owners had chairs and umbrellas for your use at the beach. The pool at the condo was also very nice and clean. The views from the condo, hotel and pier were beautiful. We look forward to returning next year for Spring Break.
