This is a quiet, small complex with six units, lovely sunsets, and a boat dock with access to the gulf. The dolphins and manatees are a common sight and are very friendly. The Lagoon and bay are great for kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boating. The calm waters make it great for beginners to learn fast.
The shells at Turtle Beach just across the small Lagoon are spectacular and a great windsurfing beach just a few steps away. Turtle Beach, which is only a 5 minute walk from Cozy Cove, has a boat launch for the Lagoon/Bay. Crescent Beach, with it's soft white sand is also a bike ride away or a short car ride. The Key has beautiful water view restaurants and bars within walking or biking distance. Biking is excellent, all of the roads have bike lanes and we are at the end of Midnight Pass Road, with very little traffic.
This 2 story townhouse has been recently renovated and modernized. You can take a virtual tour of the condo at the web address listed below. We have a double balcony with great views of the lagoon, the pool and the Gulf. The living space is an open floor plan with a brand new 46" flatscreen HD/TV with BlueRay DVD. We also have WIFI. There is a wood fireplace and a sleeper sofa with an aero bed built into it. The master Bedroom is large, with a Simmons Restoration king-size bed, large closet, vanity, with its own private bath and a balcony great for morning coffee or watching sunsets. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a view of the Lagoon, also a large closet. The full kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and everything you need. We have a tandem kayak and beach chairs/umbrellas for your use. The beach is a 5 minute walk from out condo. You can fish from our docks or watch for manatees. There is parking for two cars, one of which is covered. The average winter temperature is 70 degrees and always a soft breeze. The sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or the beach!!!
You can rent a boat or kayaks at the marina which is within walking distance and really get to remote beaches. You can enjoy close up views of manatees and dolphins, with plenty of birds to see. Pink Spoonbills, grey Herons, Pelicans, Ospreys.

We live in Philadelphia and have vacationed in Siesta Key for the last ten years and we always wanted to buy a property there and so the time came when it became possible. Now that we have it, We intend to share it with as many others as we can so that they can enjoy the beautiful town of Siesta Key.

The views, the sunsets, the people, the lush environment, the water, the water sports, the pool, the sand, the list goes on. We are quiet there and not rushed.

The condo itself is all brand new inside. All new appliances, new furniture, it's bright, it's comfy. It's easy living. Along with that you have the views, the walks, the sand, the shells and the beaches, the pool, and direct access to the water for fishing, boating, kayaking. It's all very convenient.

I'll write my review in bullet points for the sake of time: 1. Owner was nice to deal with. 2. Owner provided a free two person kayak (saves you money so you won't have to rent them and gives you an additional activity for your stay) 3. The condo has very thoughtfully placed furniture like the built in dress/counter top by the extra vanity mirror in the master bedroom, and nice furniture in the room. There also were two thoughtfully placed pieces of furniture placed in the kitchen and entry way when you first walk into the condo. This is great for placing groceries prior to putting in the refrigerator or just misc. things that you need to grab and go, or set down. 4. This condo has a blu ray player so you can stay in one night and rent a movie. Nice. There were several remotes and it only took about 5 minutes for a neanderthal like myself to figure out which remote does what. 5.MOST IMPORTANTLY: This condo is extremely well located and priced perfect. For the price, you're getting a condo that is situated at a dock, or you can drive around to the beginning point of the bay or Turtle Beach (1 minute drive no joke). I was able to have a stand up paddle board delivered to my condo, they placed it on the car, and told me that I can use the newly rented equipment in the bay at that beginning point or take it literally right next door onto the beach access. There is public parking at this access point, and this part of the beach known as Turtle Beach is a more quiet less populated beach. The water is the same as it is 10 minutes away in Siesta Key which was very "key" to our decision, and there is plenty of room at Turtle Beach to swim in the shallow water...just like Siesta Key. The sand is different on this beach but I was expecting it due to my research on beachunter.net. Oh, this condo is located near everything. Tired of the beach and want your mall? Close by. Want to go to Siesta Key? Close by WITH PUBLIC PARKING. You can not lose with this owner, the price, nothing. Do not stay in a hotel and do not stay at siesta key. Go to Turtle Beach, stay by the bay where you can kayak and visit the mangroves (bring a water proof camera), and visit Siesta Key on your own whims.

We just returned from our stay at Cozy Cove. It was a wonderfully appointed condo - had everything you could need and it was clean and nicely furnished. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away - and the owners had chairs and umbrellas for your use at the beach. The pool at the condo was also very nice and clean. The views from the condo, hotel and pier were beautiful. We look forward to returning next year for Spring Break.
