The house also has a rooftop mirador offering spectacular views of the mountains and Lake Chapala, and is one block from the 5 Star Real de Chapala Hotel and Lake Chapala. The hotel offers beautiful outdoor and indoor dining lakeside, and the best tennis courts in the area. Within walking distance, are Ajijic's finest restaurants and shopping.
Lower La Floresta has wide majestic cobblestone streets, canopied by mature trees and has its own private 24/7 security service.
