The Unique Benefits at this House
As with any beach community, there are many places you can choose to stay. But ours is in the top tier because is is directly on the beach (not "just across the street", a "short walk to the beach", "has beach views", etc.). Our beach house is individually owned. You will not be dealing with a 9-5 corporate employee who could care less about your vacation experience. Many of our rentals are repeat customers. Our most common question from our renters is "What dates are available next year?".

Don't look anywhere else, this is the perfect beach rental!

Just returned from a stay at Tropical Breeze, it is exactly as pictured and even better. The beach is literally outside your door, no streets to cross or steps to count. The only reason you don't touch sand as soon as you exit the home is because of the great paver patio with patio table & chairs. Take a few more steps and you are on the sand with another patio table, chairs & 4 lounge chairs. The owners are fantastic, we didn't want to leave and plan to either visit this property again next year or possible another of their properties. We looked at several of their other properties while we were there and all were clean, well appointed and had direct beach access. Before booking this property we were considering two other properties (different owners) which appeared more upscale in their ad but we fell in love with the character and attitude of the Wheeler properties. We found those other properties while we were down in Florida and were thrilled we didn't rent them. The may have had fancy furnishings but both lacked the perfect white sand beach and serene atmosphere. This property was very clean and plenty spacious for 4 girls, pack light, you won't need much more than several bathing suits and with the washer & dryer no need to worry about bringing home dirty laundry. Don't look anywhere else, this is the way to go!
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
