102 Fallen Leaf is nestled in the back of Victoria Estates, Scott County's only gated community. The 400 acres of open space and working horse farm at the entrance is a peaceful setting. The home's private, wooded lot is ideal for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the ample deer and birds during the day and fall asleep to the soothing sound of nature in the evenings.
Two 16x25 decks await you for entertaining and a 6 seat patio set for enjoying meals outside. The rustic interior is comfortable and suitable for children (my 4 year old and 3 year old never hurt it!).
We are convenient to Lexington, Frankfort, Louisville, and Cincinnati. Delta usually puts great deals on flights to Cinci and Lexington- both with in easy driving distance. The house is full of information on things to do locally and directions to these locations. This is the perfect vacation rental if you are looking to avoid the hustle and bustle yet be close enough to it to enjoy!

The Unique Benefits at this House
The neighborhood of Victoria Estates is the only gated community in Scott county. The neighborhood boasts over 400 acres of open space and a horse farm on the property. Renters are able to make arrangements with Highpoint Equestrian Center to bring their horses directly to the neighborhood and enjoy their beauty on our KY hills. Victoria Estates also has a top fishing spot in the area. Our lake offers a boat ramp and ample parking for large vehicles and trailers. No gas motors allowed. Our home is nestled in a private wooded area in the neighborhood on a quiet street with hardly any traffic.
Applebees Park (minor league baseball) Explorium- children's museum, shopping, restaurants, University of Kentucky, Rupp Arena, Convention Center, etc.

My husband, Matt and our 2 children, Jackson (4) and McKenna (2.5) moved to Georgetown to get away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta life. We fell in love with the quaint shops, downtown restaurants, and the convenience of Frankfort (10 min), Lexington (15 min), Louisville (50 min), and Cincinnati (60 min). Our businesses are calling us back to Atlanta, but we'd like to hold on to our little piece of heaven in KY!
