We take the comfort of our renters seriously and to that end provide new upgraded mattresses, blackout shades for a good nights sleep and plenty of coffee! Grand County provides world class, year round activities. You can chose to be on the go all day or simply relax on the deck and watch the river flow. We have loads of insight on the area and are happy to provide information on any questions you might have. We understand that vacation is a time that needs to be as hassle free as possible. Granby was always a little town we sped through on our way to Grand Lake - or the National Park or Steamboat or the back way to Summit County. This time we landed - and boy are we happy we did! Granby is a soothing Colorado setting - and the Edgewater - number 130 in particular - was a fantastic experience. I logged in much deck time viewing the Fraser - more than I ever would have imagined. We casually biked the entire area over four days and just plain fell in love with this property. We have rented about 30 times on VRBO - and while most have been enjoyable - this one ranks as one of only two where we fully intend to return. And very soon I intend. We are Colorado natives - so we are more than a little picky. This is the place! Oh yes, very well furnished, nice beds, a comfortable and well thought out presentation for the visitor and guest. My wife could easily elaborate on these aspects. But I am a guy - and I just plain loved the Edgewater and 130 in particular!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
