Enjoy the best of both worlds in our luxury three bedroom villa completed in February, 2006. Great location in the exclusive gated community of Playacar - just two blocks from the golf course and a ten minute walk to the beach and 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen.
Elegant and family friendly; decorated in contemporary style with local art. After a day at the beach, it is great to relax on the patio and enjoy some pool time. The main floor has an open living area with dining room that opens directly to the patio via sliding glass doors. In addition, there is a full kitchen, laundry room and a guest bedroom (queen bed) and bath. Upstairs is the master suite (king bed) with the private balcony, hammock and jetted tub. There is also a spacious second bedroom with two queen beds and its own private bath.
The house is fully air conditioned with individually controlled units and ceiling fans in each room. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs with DVD players.
