This cozy ranch house is located in the village of Lynnhaven about 5 minutes ride to Southern Trace Shopping Center which has Publix, CVS, ACE hardware, 6 restaurants and many shops.
Also nearby are a Super Wal-Mart, Library, Loral Manor Recreation Center, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bonefish Grill, Golden Corral, and several banks. It is a short ride to both Town Squares, where there is Free Nightly dancing & entertainment, restaurants, shopping and Movie theaters.
The $50 optional Resident pass allows you to play free golf at the 30 plus Executive golf courses, and gives reduced rates at the nine championship courses. This pass also gives you access to all residents only recreation centers, swimming pools, Katie Bells/The Cattle Barron restaurants and a reduced rate at the great movie theaters.
The house is fully equipped with cook wear, dinnerware, glassware, microwave oven, all small appliances, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer, dryer, cable TV, & local phone service. The counter snack bar SEATS 2 AND THE DINNING ROOM seats 6.
There is a couch and love seat in the living room with a 27" color TV, DVD, and VCR players. The master bedroom has a 27" TV and a VCR player. A king size bed, large dresser with twin mirrors, two night tables, a large walk in closet, private bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a 19" TV and a large closet.
