There are actually two condo units that are connected by double doors. These doors can be opened to accommodate larger groups of family or friends. An elevator is available to take you to this second floor unit.
In The Villa (larger of the two units) there is a screened in porch which is perfect for relaxing after a long day spent on the beach or the golf course. The porch overlooks the #10 fairway of the beautiful Byrd course at Sea Trail.
Short term 2 and 3 day golf or beach packages are available. A FREE Grand Strand Golf, Dining, and Entertainment Discount card is provided for all reservations 5 days or longer. Our property is serviced by Propertywatch, our on site property manager, who will provide you with any concierge services you may require. Rental items are available for beach and golf fun. Year Purchased: 2006
Chip and Sherril Galloway along with Mark and Donna Abee own this unit. We love coming to Sunset Beach, and some of our favorite memories have been made here. Both of our families live in Charlotte, NC and collectively we have six children. The kids would be quick to tell you that Sunset Beach is their favorite place to go. Coming down to Sunset Beach, regardless of the time of year, always ends up being a
great vacation.
Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
Sunset Beach is one of our favorite places to go. We love being here, and look forward to every beach trip. It is an incredibly peaceful and calm place. Although there are summer crowds, Sunset has a different feel from some of the larger beaches. You see families hunting for seashells, riding bikes and playing volleyball on the beach. Just being here 24 hours, you feel that you are a world away from the stress and busy life you left behind. After coming here for many years, we decided we would like to have a condo in Sea Trail.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
At Sunset Beach, there are many amenities offered for all ages, such as putt-putt, shopping and the famous seafood of nearby Calabash. Our children especially love the Calabash ice cream shops. The golf offered at Sea Trail is some of the best you will find. The courses are beautifully landscaped. We enjoy taking walks through the resort; it's especially nice at sunset. There is an outdoor pool just steps away from our building. We are a second floor unit, overlooking the golf course. It is peaceful and serene. We find sitting on the screened-in porch very relaxing after a busy day of golfing or playing on the beach.
