Come and enjoy the peaceful setting of this brand new home in Sugarloaf Shores Subdivision, with miles of biking trails and paths. You are only a short 15 minutes to Key West, Florida. Our home was built in 2009, with all of the amenities of home. Enjoy coffee on the front porch in the "Cracker Barrel" rockers, and the drink of your choice in the afternoon on the back screened-in porch, or lounge with friends at the Bar. Kitchen is fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, all the small appliances you can think of. The home is fully furnished, decorated in Key West Style. Tile floors throughout, carpet in bedrooms, Master suite downstairs and a smaller master suite upstairs.
Swimming pool is permitted and should be completed at end of Summer of 2010. Clear canals for swimming and snorkeling. No dock as of yet, permitted and should be in place by May 2010. Home was finished in June of 2009. We anchor our 28' boat in the lagoon off of our back yard. Deep water access, no bridges to go under to get to the Atlantic and Gulf.

My husband and I built and finished this home in June of 2009. We have been renting in the Keys for 20 years. We have 3 children and live in North Florida. We absolutely love the Keys, and would be more than happy to exchange our beautiful home for other vacation rentals in Utah, Colorado, etc.
