Lynn and I wanted a condo we could own permanently and pass on to our children (who absolutely love Mexico and our condo--as do the grandchildren)!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We enjoy the sense of community we have in owning a condo in this pleasant, safe and friendly environment. We like to entertain and, in particular, Ken loves to cook. He is familiar with all of the grocery stores and markets in a 20 Km distance from our condo so if you share this interest he can leave you detailed information re where fruits, vegetables, wine and meat can be found The weather is spectacular in the winter and generally we do not need to use A/C.

Lynn and Ken Gray live in Plano, TX except for the wintertime when we can be found in Puerto Aventuras. We love the small village where we live in Mexico. It is a planned, gated community with mucho expatriates from the US, Canada and Europe. Our community is small enough that its almost impossible to get lost yet large enough to feel anonymous if you'd like... Puerto is the last full service marina on the Caribbean side of Mexico before Belize to the south. Excellent fishing and plenty of fresh fish to buy if you like being a chef. There's a dolphin program in the harbor and these fish are endlessly interesting and beautiful to watch. Playa Del Carmen is 12 minutes by car to the north and Akumal/Tulum is-30 minutes to the south. Come and join us in Puerto...
