Yes, we are right on the ocean!!!Walk to ten restaurants. Enjoy breakfast on your own private balcony as you watch the pelicans or even catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming!Fish from the pier! Shop on the historic Bridge Street or swim in our heated pool!!

AND- a free trolley to see the whole island!Need Wi-Fi? We have it!

There's a king size bed in the Master and two twins in the 2nd bedroom, plus phones and TV's.Remember, this is our 2nd home and we furnish it that way!!And there is a security door.

We provide the kids with beach toys and you can use our rafts and beach chairs. For the more adventurous there's even parasailing or jet-skiing!

Our home is beautifully decorated with a great Florida feel (we can send you more photos if you wish)and has security doors and a shuffleboard court.There's a washer and dryer,and even a grocery store across the street.And a marina to rent boats just a block away!!

Want to get in the car? Golf, shop the famous St.Armand's Circle, vist the famous Pelican Man or visit Disney World. Linda & I promise you will not be disappointed! We even welcome your small pet!!!

Anna Maria Island has ben listed as 'one of the 10 best beach vacation spots in America.' It's quaint, quiet and aviods the hassles of those big tourist destinations. In fact, fast food retaurants are not allowed on the island, and yet, they're only 8 minutes away if your palllete says: 'gotta have.

  • My son & I spent a week here while visiting my mom in Bradenton. It was perfect! It's close to shops and restaurants. Sitting on the balcony is a piece of heaven to listen to the waves, see sunsets & watch manatees & dolphins swim by. I loved that there is a pool right there too! Owners are great to work with. We really appreciate them opening their "Flamingo" home to us!

  • We had a terrific time. This condo has everything needed for a great vacation, and it is perfectly located for restaurants and amenities. The view is gorgeous. We loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing to sound of the waves crashing to the shore.
