Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1970
This property has been in my family since 1970. My wife and I live the 4 unit apartment building and could accurately be described as both being friendly, outgoing, and well traveled people.
Why the Owner Chose Noe Valley
I choose to begin renting this unit as a vacation rental because I decided I could keep each unit in better condition myself if I furnish and manage each unit instead of renting out to long term tenants who run each apartment down.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
This unit receives lots of sun through large windows in the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The backyard was recently described as a "beautifully urban orchard" mixing 75 year old fruit trees and modern outdoor seating to enjoy the space during a BBQ or early morning cup of coffee.
