Enjoy our newly remodeled condo right at the base of the Canyons Ski Resort (Utah's largest!). An easy 3 minute walk to the Cabriolet that whisks you to the slopes. This extra-large studio (was a 1-bedroom), offers both mountain and pond views.
The unit has a queen platform bed, a sleeper sofa and a window bench that could be used as a bed for a child, linens are provided. The spacious kitchen includes Granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. The living area has a large 42" flat-screen, custom gas fireplace and there is high-speed WiFi. At the clubhouse you will find a hot-tub, pool, sauna, washer and dryer. No Smoking and No Pets please.
There is a convenient free shuttle service to historic Park City's restaurants, Sundance Film Festival theaters, Grand Summit Resort Hotel Health Club and Spa, Utah Winter Sports Park, and Park City's other premier ski resorts; Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley. Located 35 miles from Salt Lake International Airport (just 33 minutes!) and conveniently located to Salt Lake City. New owners who have made significant upgrades for 2009-2010.
