  This home is gorgeous and perfect for entertaining! I rented this home for my daughter's bridal shower. We had guests coming from California, Maryland, Ohio and Illinois and this home was perfect for all our overnight guests. Everyone commented on how beautiful the home was and asked how I found it. If you think it looks great in the pictures you will really love it when you see it in person. The kitchen is to die for and my caterer loved it! Parking is also great because the home is on a corner and there is a driveway in the front and also one on the side where you can park a lot of cars. I cannot think of anything that could have made our stay or my daughter's shower any more perfect. I have rented five or six other homes in Florida and this was by far my favorite. I could go on, and on, and on about all the great qualities of this home. I would definitely stay here again!

  I rented this house in late September when my son was married at the Lightner Museum. As the groom's parents, we were responsible for hosting the rehearsal dinner. This house was PERFECT and the guests could not stop commenting on what a great idea it was to rent a house that was private and yet so accommodating!! To start with, the kitchen was a dream for setting up a buffet (catered by Harry's) and serving the 20 some guests. The area around the pool served as a resting place for many of the guests during and after eating. The children chose the outside jungle gym to play on. Everyone was happy, relaxed and engaged!! It also served as the meeting place for the groom and his men prior to the wedding the next day. They relaxed in the pool and watched a game on the big screen TV. I served left-overs for lunch and took advantage of all the ammenties offered in summer kitchen beside to the pool. In addition, we were able to provide housing for some out of town guests and family. All in all, I believe I saved money over renting hotel rooms, going out for meals, renting a venue for the rehearsal dinner and all in the privacy of this beautifully maintained home. The master bedroom and bath are to die for!! There is plenty of parking in the back of the house too. I cannot say enough about this location. My family will be going back for sure!!! I only wish the garage door openers worked--that would have made EVERYTHING PERFECT!!

  I just stayed at this house for a wedding and I was so happy with the house.. Its beautiful and a 5 min walk to the beach.. Highly recommend staying here. I would def go back.

  I am a graduate of the University of St. Augustine and stayed in this beautiful vacation rental in December 2010 to accomdate my family and extended visiting family members. At the time, we were getting together to celebrate my graduation. The home was very clean, elegantly decorated and beyond my expectations. There is plenty of room and the pictures don't do justice in showing off the custom detailing of this home. Walking distance to the beach through neighborhood, local resturaunts and grocery store within close proximity were a bonus. The owners were professional, friendly, and met all my needs. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

  I brought my employees here for a week to thank them for working so hard - and what a treat it was! This house is amazing - the photos don't do it justice. The owners have thought of everything and were very thoughtful with their recommendations about the area. It is big enough that everyone has their own space and when it was time to socialize - the huge gourmet kitchen was perfect and the outside pool area is just amazing. If fact we spent the majority of time outside and in the pool. In November! The weather was great and the heated pool was perfect! Highly recommend this rental!
