  I stayed here with 11 other friends for my 50th birthday party, and I couldn't be happier. It's in a nice neighborhood in north Las Vegas, close enough to the action but away from the stress. Swimming in the pool, playing ping-pong, and relaxing were popular activities. I'd definitely stay here again.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  this house was well equipped - had everything listed and everything was in good working order -had lots of room - we housed both sides of the family for our son's wedding -had lots of sleeping space as well as lounging space - we never felt crowded and we had a crowd! -having three full bathrooms was a huge plus -the pool table and pool were a hit as well!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We stayed here with 2 other families (13 people) and could have easily fit a few more! The house was clean and the layout was perfect for the three families. Kids loved the pool and it did stay WARM! So much better to stay in a house with the family than a hotel. Grocery stores were close by. Neighborhood felt safe - even went jogging a couple days while there. Took 10-15 to get to strip area/outlets. Checking in and out was easy and simple. Adam was great to work with in scheduling!

  We spent a week at this lovely home and felt very much at home. The accommodations are excellent and we especially appreciated being able to have our two small dogs with us. They loved the doggie door, yard, and porch. The Strip is a short drive from the house, and we found it very easy to get around town. We visited Hoover Dam and spent a day at Lake Mead. We also highly recommend Beatles "Cirque de Soleil." An amazing performance. It was nice to be able to come back to the house and have lots of room for the bunch of us. We have two teenage daughters who loved having televisions in their rooms - a treat they do not have at home! The pool was used every day and much enjoyed. Overall I would recommend this rental for families with children of all ages, and for pet lovers who can't imagine going on vacation without taking them with you! Adam is the right balance of present when we needed him to answer simple questions, and absent the rest of the time!

  The house was absolutely beautiful. Well designed and very very clean. Grounds were emaculate and well taken care of. Temperature of house was delightful and comfortable. The layout of the house is very unique and rooms were large and very well furnished. #10 would be our answer to our stay at this house 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest rating. Owners were very accommodating to any of our questions.

I have to say that my professional landscapers really do keep up with all the foliage that surrounds the grounds at that house. There are roses, cactus and fruit trees that they groom weekly.   My large family descended on Las Vegas for a wedding on June 2, 2012. The house was perfect for our group. The house was centrally located to the wedding venue and the family who lives in Las Vegas already. It is very close to WalMart, Sams Club and the grocery store as well as several restaurants. I baked the wedding cake and the oven temperature was perfect! Adam was very responsive to any request we made. We would recommend this house and if the occasion calls for it, we would definitely rent it again.

  Several of my family members and I make the trip to Las Vegas each and every year for the first week of March Madness. We love to watch our favorite team (Kansas University), and this year another of our favorite teams (Kansas State University) was invited to the big dance. We have all stayed in downtown hotels in past years, but we decided to try something different this year and rent this unit. A few years ago, CBS contracted out to TNT, TBS, and the TRU network some of the 1st and 2nd round games. When I arrived at the facility, the first think I did was check what the networks were available and the only network that was missing was TRU, and as luck would have it, both the Kansas State game on Thursday, and Kansas game on Friday were available only on the TRU network. I promptly emailed Adam on Tuesday, and told him of our situation, and within an hour, I received an email back from Adam indicating that he had called Cox, and the TRU network would be up and running at the facility by Wednesday afternoon, and sure enough it was. The TV in the viewing area was an old Sony analog that still had a great picture, but could not receive a hi-def signal. I once again sent Adam an email trying not to be to much of a whiner, but indicating that a hi-def television would look quite nice in the viewing area, and once again Adam responded that he would gladly bring a hi-def to replace the Sony, if one or several of us would help him load the old Sony on his truck, as that Sony must have weighed nearly 300 pounds. We promptly agreed to that condition, and the old Sony was removed and a brand new hi-def was sat in its place. We certainly appreciated how we were treated by Adam, and providing we have 8 or more attendees will probably rent this facility again.

  This is an incredible home to stay in! The owner was great to work with and the home exceeded our expectations. The pictures on line do not do it justice. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with stores nearby. Our group consisted of all ages - grandparents to small children. Each family had their own space, yet we were all able to be together. It was close to many activities and we were sad to leave. We highly recommend this home for larger groups and anyone looking for a home away from home. Thanks again for working with us and for keeping your home well appointed and in great shape! Should we venture back into the area we will definitely be contacting you for availability.

  What a wonderful place! We ended up with 12 staying here for our son's wedding at the Springs Perserve. There was plenty of room, sheets, towels ect.
