There is even a daybed in the master bedroom with a pop-up trundle to accommodate another 2 people. The second master bedroom offers a Queen Size Bed, its own bathroom and an over-sized closet. The third and fourth bedroom offer a Full Size Bed and the fifth bedroom has two Twin Size Beds.
Enjoy a barbecue on the natural gas grill, under the covered porch (20' x 10') which is equipped with patio furniture and cooking utensils, followed by a swim in your own private pool (fenced-in, kid safe). This gorgeous corner lot is very secluded from the neighbors and offers a large lawn with exquisite landscape and fruit trees (seasonal). There is No Smoking allowed inside the home, but the covered porch lends itself to an after dinner beverage and smoke (cigar or cigarette). Pets are discretionary - call for approval.
The kitchen is fully-equipped just like yours at home. There is a coffee maker, microwave, gas stove, 25 cubic foot refrigerator, dishwasher, reverse-osmosis drinking water system, double stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, all utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and a beautiful granite counter top. There is also a water softener and alarm system throughout the house.
This dream home is located in the Northwest part of Las Vegas. It is just one mile from the 95 Freeway which will take you to the Famous Las Vegas Strip and McCarren Airport in just 10-15 minutes, Mount Charleston and Lee Canyon (ski resort) in just 20 minutes, Red Rock Canyon (hiking, rock climbing) in just 20 minutes, and the Hoover Dam in 40 minutes.

This is an incredible home to stay in! The owner was great to work with and the home exceeded our expectations. The pictures on line do not do it justice. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with stores nearby. Our group consisted of all ages - grandparents to small children. Each family had their own space, yet we were all able to be together. It was close to many activities and we were sad to leave. We highly recommend this home for larger groups and anyone looking for a home away from home. Thanks again for working with us and for keeping your home well appointed and in great shape! Should we venture back into the area we will definitely be contacting you for availability.

What a wonderful place! We ended up with 12 staying here for our son's wedding at the Springs Perserve. There was plenty of room, sheets, towels ect. We wanted to escape to Las Vegas from our cold wintry suburb of Chicago. Believe it or not we had some of the best weather imaginable. It was around seventy degrees everyday. We heard that is very unusual for Vegas so I guess we got lucky in that regard. We spent Christmas with our family out there and everything went very smoothly. We cooked our own Christmas turkey and there was plenty of pots, pans, plates and silverware for our gang. I highly recommend this house, it is beautiful. It took us only around 10 minutes to get to any of the casinos for those nights that we got the itch.

This house was a great venue for our combination wedding anniversary and family reunion. The patio and yard provided for a very nice space for the family to socialize. The neighborhood was nice and we were close to everything. The owner was very helpful. Everyone really enjoyed the house and we can recommend it.

Our family came to Las Vegas for my daughters wedding at The Springs Nature Preserve. The house was great for all of us. It is nicely laid out to accommodate a big family. My husband and I did not take the master bedroom as my daughters whole family (husband, wife,& four kids) stayed in the master. Yes, large enough for all of them, king bed, day bed with trundle, two roll a ways, and still plenty of room. My husband and I still had a bath of our own, we let others use it when we were done though. All the mattresses were very good, I think most of them were new. Plenty of bedding and towels. The pool was big and heated, although you do need to pay the extra to heat it. It is well worth it.The living area is spacious, we all played a little pool. Big back patio right off the kitchen, L/R, DR made it seem like we were all together even though the guys were outside most of the time. It is a great house and would recommend it to families, ladies get togethers, men's super bowl parties or long week end golf trips, or any other large gatherings you may be planning. The owner is nice to work with and was available via e-mail and phone if we had needed him.

This house is actually larger than it looks in the photos. It's perfect for a large family or group of folks vacationing together. It's away from The Strip, which is exactly what we wanted, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is so large that we actually used it as an extra bedroom using one of the rollaway beds. If you have a large group, and prefer to stay away from the craziness of The Strip (but can get there easily by car), then this place is a great option. It is clean, convenient, and has all the modern amenities. It was SO much better than staying in a hotel. We could cook our own meals in the kitchen, and had space to hang out and gather as a group, something we wouldn't have in a smokey hotel room. Thanks again!

Adam, Once again our stay at the house was incredible! Everytime I have to come home I get depressed! I love staying there not only because the house is so beautiful but because its close enough to the "action" while remaining quiet for the times you are glad to be away from all of it. It's nice to have any shopping spots you need not even a mile away. I already miss the king size bed I wanted to take home with me. Thanks sooo much for everything..you are the best!
