Several of my family members and I make the trip to Las Vegas each and every year for the first week of March Madness. We love to watch our favorite team (Kansas University), and this year another of our favorite teams (Kansas State University) was invited to the big dance. We have all stayed in downtown hotels in past years, but we decided to try something different this year and rent this unit. A few years ago, CBS contracted out to TNT, TBS, and the TRU network some of the 1st and 2nd round games. When I arrived at the facility, the first think I did was check what the networks were available and the only network that was missing was TRU, and as luck would have it, both the Kansas State game on Thursday, and Kansas game on Friday were available only on the TRU network. I promptly emailed Adam on Tuesday, and told him of our situation, and within an hour, I received an email back from Adam indicating that he had called Cox, and the TRU network would be up and running at the facility by Wednesday afternoon, and sure enough it was. The TV in the viewing area was an old Sony analog that still had a great picture, but could not receive a hi-def signal. I once again sent Adam an email trying not to be to much of a whiner, but indicating that a hi-def television would look quite nice in the viewing area, and once again Adam responded that he would gladly bring a hi-def to replace the Sony, if one or several of us would help him load the old Sony on his truck, as that Sony must have weighed nearly 300 pounds. We promptly agreed to that condition, and the old Sony was removed and a brand new hi-def was sat in its place. We certainly appreciated how we were treated by Adam, and providing we have 8 or more attendees will probably rent this facility again.

Family vacation

This is an incredible home to stay in! The owner was great to work with and the home exceeded our expectations. The pictures on line do not do it justice. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with stores nearby. Our group consisted of all ages - grandparents to small children. Each family had their own space, yet we were all able to be together. It was close to many activities and we were sad to leave. We highly recommend this home for larger groups and anyone looking for a home away from home. Thanks again for working with us and for keeping your home well appointed and in great shape! Should we venture back into the area we will definitely be contacting you for availability.

Bolton's wedding trip

What a wonderful place! We ended up with 12 staying here for our son's wedding at the Springs Perserve. There was plenty of room, sheets, towels ect. Adam was very helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe and clean place for your family. Thanks again, Ron and Diana Bolton

We wanted to escape to Las Vegas from our cold wintry suburb of Chicago. Believe it or not we had some of the best weather imaginable. It was around seventy degrees everyday. We heard that is very unusual for Vegas so I guess we got lucky in that regard. We spent Christmas with our family out there and everything went very smoothly. We cooked our own Christmas turkey and there was plenty of pots, pans, plates and silverware for our gang. I highly recommend this house, it is beautiful. It took us only around 10 minutes to get to any of the casinos for those nights that we got the itch.

Our family came to Las Vegas for my daughters wedding at The Springs Nature Preserve. The house was great for all of us. It is nicely laid out to accommodate a big family. My husband and I did not take the master bedroom as my daughters whole family (husband, wife,& four kids) stayed in the master. Yes, large enough for all of them, king bed, day bed with trundle, two roll a ways, and still plenty of room. My husband and I still had a bath of our own, we let others use it when we were done though. All the mattresses were very good, I think most of them were new. Plenty of bedding and towels. The pool was big and heated, although you do need to pay the extra to heat it. It is well worth it.The living area is spacious, we all played a little pool. Big back patio right off the kitchen, L/R, DR made it seem like we were all together even though the guys were outside most of the time. It is a great house and would recommend it to families, ladies get togethers, men's super bowl parties or long week end golf trips, or any other large gatherings you may be planning. The owner is nice to work with and was available via e-mail and phone if we had needed him.

Perfect for a large group looking to stay away from the Strip

This house is actually larger than it looks in the photos. It's perfect for a large family or group of folks vacationing together. It's away from The Strip, which is exactly what we wanted, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is so large that we actually used it as an extra bedroom using one of the rollaway beds. If you have a large group, and prefer to stay away from the craziness of The Strip (but can get there easily by car), then this place is a great option. It is clean, convenient, and has all the modern amenities. It was SO much better than staying in a hotel. We could cook our own meals in the kitchen, and had space to hang out and gather as a group, something we wouldn't have in a smokey hotel room. Thanks again!

Great Anniversary Venue

This house was a great venue for our combination wedding anniversary and family reunion. The patio and yard provided for a very nice space for the family to socialize. The neighborhood was nice and we were close to everything. The owner was very helpful. Everyone really enjoyed the house and we can recommend it.

Adam I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your house. We had my parents 50th anniversary party at your home and it was great. Adam, Once again our stay at the house was incredible! Everytime I have to come home I get depressed! I love staying there not only because the house is so beautiful but because its close enough to the "action" while remaining quiet for the times you are glad to be away from all of it. It's nice to have any shopping spots you need not even a mile away. I already miss the king size bed I wanted to take home with me. Thanks sooo much for everything..you are the best! Hi, Adam! We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your LV home. Even with seven people, it felt quite spacious, with plenty of privacy. With four teenagers, the pool and the pool table were put to good use, and with TVs in each room there certainly weren't arguments over what to watch on TV! Hope you didn't mind the teddy bears our kids left. They are desert bears, and just couldn't bear the thought of moving to New England. Hopefully you know someone small who will enjoy them. Again, we enjoyed renting from you, and will keep you in mind if we ever know anyone looking to rent in the LV area. Again, thank you, and continued success with your rentals! Marilyn Albernaz

We had a great time! This house was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 children. Our boys had plenty of room to play and really enjoyed the pool table. Although the Vegas weather was a little chilly, our rugid Wisconsin boys also enjoyed the heated pool. We highly recommend this house for a family vacation!
