Park City luxury and convenience. Our family home is over 2000 sf. We are located next to City Park and short walks (10 min max.) to Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, Grocery Stores, Movie Theaters, Park City library, Sundance venues and free Park City buses. Built in 2004, our home has an open floor on the main level and 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (2 bedrooms share a large bathroom) on the fully carpeted upstairs level.
All baths have slate tile flooring and upstairs baths have travertine tile and jetted tubs. The gourmet kitchen, with alder cabinets and granite countertops, is well-stocked with all the necessary amenities for just 3 nites or for a longer stay. The main level has a gas fireplace, slate-tiled with area rugs, dining for 8 as well as counter dining for 3, TV/DVD player and stereo system that feed speakers on the patio as well as the 2 master bedrooms on the upper level. WiFi included.
All 4 bedrooms have Cable TV and DVDs. Both master suites have king beds and separate jetted tub, shower and sink areas. The master suites have walk in closets and views of the mountains. The 2 Queen rooms have closets and share a large bath with jetted tub/shower combo.
For guests with cars, there is a 2-car attached finished garage with storage for ski equipment and other outdoor gear. A gas barbecue is provided for outdoor grilling. 2 large gas water heaters ensure plenty of nice, warm showers!

Why the Owner Chose Park Avenue
We chose to buy this home as our home, first and foremost. A second-marriage has provided us the opportunity to have two homes now and we are choosing to open our beautiful home to guests who enjoy luxury and convenience.
The Unique Benefits at this House
What we enjoy most is the cozy, intimate nature of our home. There is a large gathering space on the main floor and privacy in the upstairs bedrooms. The hot tub is just steps from the door and is protected by a privacy fence. The kitchen is stocked with gourmet cookware and appliances. The short walks (10 minutes) to Main Street, grocery stores, Park City Mountain Ski Resort, City Park and free City buses is very convenient.
