We personally remodeled our cabin in 2007. The cabin is elevated 50 feet above a brook and the surrounding trees. Large, nearly wall-to-wall windows in the den provide a view overlooking the wooded property that is breathtaking, and the sound of the babbling brook is serene and soothing. All floors are rustic pine except for bathrooms, which are tiled. The garden Jacuzzi in the master is a double and has its own heater. Brookside Eagle is located on a small circle with 9 other cottages. Extremely quiet and private. No traffic sounds! The interior is simple but very comfortable. We have priced our cottage at a reasonable rate because we want returning guests. Prices may be negotiable during off-season and for snow-birds. We live nearby and clean it ourselves using organic cleaners and All Free and Clear detergent on the provided linens.
