I have the unit next door and across the drive. We can sleep up to 22 guests using the side-by-side 4 bedroom units located directly on the 4 O'clock Ski Run!
Ski in Ski out on Peak 8 in Breckenridge. 4 O`clock ski run allows you to ski in to your back door. Ski out is as simple as a few steps out the front door and down to the 4 O`clock ski run. Beautiful, bright and cheery, are the best words to describe this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse with lots of sun and fantastic views!
Two separate living areas, hard wood floors, washer dryer, hot tub, cable tv, high speed wireless internet, deck with grill, one car garage, plus parking for an additional car. You get the best of both worlds with this home; easy access to the slopes and just minutes to Main Street. Walk or take our free shuttle.
The second living area provides a great area for the kids with room to spread out. After skiing, enjoy your private hot tub right on the back patio.

This is a very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for a large family or multiple families traveling together. I love watching the skiers go by in the winter and the views of Baldy Mountain in the summer while sitting on the deck.

We rented the home for a week. 2 families and 3 children. Had an incredible time with 60 inches of snow falling that week! The home was ideally located on the lower 4 O'clock Run slope. Ski in / ski out. Plenty of room and a great value. We would rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We found this house very comfortable and the ski in-out was awesome. Even our 5 year old was able to ski in and out, actually right up to the back door with ease.
