Why the Owner Chose Maricopa
We have been coming to Arizona visiting friends for the past 15 years. We would like to retire in AZ someday, so we purchased a second home for future plans. Since we are from a small town in Iowa we wanted a small hometown atmosphere to call home but large enough to have all the amenities. We found it all in Maricopa.

We have been coming to Arizona to defrost every year in the winter months. We enjoy the weather so much we decided to purchase our second home. After years of searching we discovered beautiful and relaxing Maricopa, AZ. We love the friendly and safe atmosphere of Maricopa. Everywhere you go, someone is saying hi and making you feel like part of the community, not like a visitor.
