We have been coming to Arizona visiting friends for the past 22 years. We would like to retire in AZ someday, so we purchased a second home for future plans. Since we are from a small town in Iowa we wanted a small hometown atmosphere to call home but large enough to have all the amenities. We found it all in Maricopa.

Douglas A. and Joanna Dragoun. Douglas is the President/CEO of a trucking company in Omaha, NE. Joanna is a professional photographer with a studio located in Glenwood, IA. We have been coming to Arizona to defrost every year in the winter months. We enjoy the weather so much we decided to purchase our second home. After years of searching we discovered beautiful and relaxing Maricopa, AZ. We love the friendly and safe atmosphere of Maricopa. Everywhere you go, someone is saying hi and making you feel like part of the community, not like a visitor.

My wife and I live in Scottsdale, AZ. and have rented this home 2 times. We love getting out of the hussle and bussle of the big city a couple times a year. Maricopa is BEAUTIFUL, relaxing and peaceful. It is a short drive back to the city which allows us a mini get-a-way without missing work. This home is absolutely gorgeous. Mr. and Mrs. Dragoun have done an excellent job of decorating and furnishing the house with every amenity possible. The only regret you will have in renting this home is, once you get there you will not want to leave!!!
