Vacation home is located in a prestigious country club that boasts spectacular views of the Superstition Mountains and two golf courses. Great place for escaping from the cold, harsh winters and enjoying our mild 70-80 degree temperatures. Even the summers are bearable without all the humidity and rain. Not too many days without sunshine to keep you house ridden.
The home has a kitchen, dining area, living room, office, two bedrooms and bathrooms, a two-way fireplace and a casita which has a bedroom and bathroom for privacy. There is a two car garage and two patios along with a natural looking heated spa. The home has beautiful wood floors, granite countertops, and other upscale details that you would expect in a custom home.
The sleeping arrangements include two king beds and one queen bed. There is also a queen blow-up mattress for additional sleeping.
The place has been well equipped with all the comforts of home. Kitchen is fully stocked and more than enough linens to accommodate more than two people.
For an extra deposit, you can bring your four-legged friends with you. No Giraffes, ceilings are not high enough.
