Kamaole Sands is a large South Kihei property, made up of ten four-story buildings on over 15 acres located across Kihei’s coastal road from the beautiful Kamaole Beach Park III. Kamaole Beach III provides dramatic sunsets, great swimming & sunning and whale watching in the winter months. Kamaole Sands offers six tennis courts, large pool area, gas barbeques and free parking. The interior includes air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free local phone service and private lanais. A great home base for touring Maui’s sights!
Reservation Policy:
$500 Deposit due at booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year's).
Cancellation Policy: A fee of $200 will be assessed for cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Years and a ten night minimum). For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full.
Free late Check-Out if no Arrival that day. Guaranteed late Check-Out is available for 1/2 day rate.
All units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Rates are subject to change until booking is reserved.

This was a lovely and clean condo. The pictures accurately reflect the condos appearance. The bathrooms were in good repair but could use a little up-dating. Most impressive was the 3 minute walk to a very private beach. We hope to come back here with our adult children during Christmas break.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I enjoy reading on the lanai, walking to the beach, snorkeling and enjoy going out to dinner at one of the great restaurants nearby.
