There is a two car garage and the property is completly fenced in with automatic rolling gate and a outdoor hot/cold shower. There is a 5 mile bike/ walking path right outside the front door. Starbucks and Foodland are a short 2 min drive.
For activities in the winter there are waves for surfing and in the summer it is perfect for stand up paddling and snorkeling. Turtle Bay Resort is 10 min away and has amazing golf courses and horseback riding. Waimea Bay and Falls Park are just 2 min away!
