This location is convenient to both downtown, Gulf beaches and beautiful Marco Island. The neighborhood is quiet and a pleasant area to walk around and bicycle. There are 2 golf courses close by, one which the unit overlooks..perfect for golfers.
The unit is also ideal as it is located on the first floor, and it's an end unit, so it's nice and bright.

For golfers, access to a golf course is walking distance. The condo is only minutes to downtown Naples, which boasts fantastic shopping and dining. Marco Island is also very closeby. The beaches in Naples and Marco Island are simply beautiful.
