Not available 1/1/11 thru 4/31/11. Our second floor 1,055 sf. corner unit greets you with lovely vaulted ceilings into the comfortable living room. We have upgraded ceiling fans in each room that provide quiet, cool breeze on a lovely Florida day or night. We offer amenities that include comfortable, clean furniture and bedding and all necessary kitchen accessories. You will enjoy an eat in kitchen and separate dining room furnished to seat up to 6 people. Enjoy a lovely view from the living room and 2nd bedroom to tall evergreen trees and a cozy picnic place on white round stone table and benches while the master bedroom is en-suite and has much privacy facing lovely views from your master bedroom of old tall moss covered trees and lovely garden views. You will enjoy your own private lanai off the kitchen with 2 relaxing chairs and a table to sit and take in aboundng nature surrounding you. Under these old trees you can have a picnic on another white round stone table and benches. You will can enjoy the stationary barbeque too there for your use. Hummingbirds and other polite wildlife abound.
Just a quick 5 minute walk along the well maintained inside road to the clubhouse that includes many activities boasting the newly finished pool that is heated year around and new decking, a hot tub, bocce ball, tennis courts, golf range, shuffle board, big screen TV and kitchen that is also available to be rented for gatherings. There are many activities offered through the month like separate men's and ladies cards and water aerobics.
People are friendly and enjoy each others stories and conversations. It is a secure gated complex after evening which gives quiet piece of mind.

We enjoy the clean, cozy, quiet (even though we make noise, neighbors have said they don't hear us), relaxing, vacation feel of Sunnybrook and the condo its self. It is just cozy with everything we need to really enjoy our stay.
