Stayed in Vancouver for 6 nights for a family wedding. Apartment in great location with transport close and supermarket in the same complex (very handy). We had everything we needed the apartment. Older son slept on the sofa bed and found it very comfortable. Would recommend to friends as a great place to stay.

Geoffrey and Mary Tao are both extremely nice and generous people to work with. We fell in love with Vancouver during our visit and hope to return soon. Part of the reason is that this apartment is beautiful and in what we now consider to be the best part of Vancouver, Gastown. You can get everywhere you need to easily, but Gastown might have the nicest restaurants of all. The apt has a washer/dryer, there is a nice jacuzzi on the 42nd floor roof, and there is a grocery store and a drug store next door (as well as cafes, bakeries, etc). Try Salt or Judas Goat (perhaps the best restaurant we have ever visited) down Blood Alley in Gastown. Thank you very much, Geoffrey and Mary.
Owner response:Thank very much for giving us such a excellent comment. Welcome to Vancouver again next time.

Family of six (two parents and grown children ages 19-26). We found the condo to be quite comfortable accomodating the six of us. The location is ideally situated close to such sites as Gastown, the Waterfront, Robson Street Shopping. This area of downtown is recently redeveloped and the ameneties in the area are nice (market, drug store, bank in the same complex). Good building security. The view from the 42nd floor (Jacuzzi, exercise equipment) is spectacular, particularly at night. Secure parking is available for those driving a car ($10/day). If you don't have a car, public transportation is close and accessible. The condo is new/clean, and Geoffrey and Mary are quite gracious hosts. You may need to close windows at night, as the street noise is noticeable, especially in the early morning (if you're accustomed to sleeping in). We had to hawk salt/pepper from a tourist visit, as the condo didn't have any, but everything else you need is there. We had a great time in Vancouver - what a lovely city! We look forward to a return visit. This condo is worth the price, particularly given the location and other condos/prices. We have no reservations in recommending this for your Vancouver vacation stay!

My wife and I and two kids (9yo and 12yo) stayed here for 4 nights. Very nice, clean and new condo. Excellent location to stay in Vancouver. Highly recommended. Owners were very nice as well. They made you feel at home. The views from the "W" club workout room and recreation room (top floor) were the best in the city. Where else can you work out and watch boats on the bay and mountains in the background.

My wife and I along with another couple stayed in this condo while attending a meeting at the convention center. We were all extremely pleased with the experience. The unit is very attractive and well stocked. The two bedrooms are reasonably equal (both with queen beds), and so are the bathrooms, though one bedroom has its own bathroom and the other bathroom is around the corner from the bedroom. There is a beautiful view from the roof (42 stories up), but there is a prohibition on bringing alcohol up there. The condo comes with one parking space in an underground garage. Our group had 3 computers and they all worked well in the apartment. It is an easy walk to downtown and the convention area, and also easy to take nearby buses to Stanley Park and other attractions. The owner Geoffrey was very helpful in correspondence with us, and met us at the building to get us oriented. All in all, this is a great alternative to paying for two hotel rooms.

We've stayed in many condos in Downtown Vanouver and this one is the best. We are extremely pleased to have tried this condo out and after reading the raving reviews I agee. It's close to everything my family and I needed. Grocery and convience store is attched to the building and within a block away. We walked to downtown restaurants, Art Museum and Robson Square shopping very quickly. We took SkyTrain (subway) to all over Vanouver and there were many train stations around. Of the places, we wanted to drive to, we used our car and took advantage of the underground parking by not having to find street parking. Other condos we've stayed in, we had to find street parking and it took forever and really inconvienced our visit. Let me tell you suite, it's big, gorgeous, clean and high-end. The pictures don't do it justice. The roof and gym access was a highlight. Being one of the tallest buildings in Vancouver (as told by locals), it towered over all others and what a view. Next time, we'll have more of our family over and use the BBQ on the roof. I can just imagine it. Geoffrey and his wife were very hospitable and just all around very nice. They were easy to reach and prompt when meeting us or answering questions. The condo was very self-sufficient that we didn't need any help from them. I would recommend anyone else to use this condo instead of others. You won't regret.

Mr. and Mrs. Tao, We had amazing visit! Thank you for all of your hospitality. We had 6 total people from Montana State University drive up to Vancouver for spring break. When we arrived, Geoffery was there to great us and give us our keys and the garage door opener. The condo has a cozy modern feel to it with a decent view but if you go up to the W club, I believe it is the best view in the city! You can see the mountains and ocean. While we were there, the outside part of the W club was not open and neither was the hottub, but we were able to hang out and play pool and exercise. In the room, there is everything you could need, and includes many cable channels. Awesome place, awesome time! Tons of nightlife nearby!

I stayed at this Condo during the Olympics and it was such a great experience. The condo is very luxurious and our every need was met. The owners are very friendly, warm and inviting. Being in to downtown core it was easy to walk every while feeling safe. The building provided excellent underground parking and very secure entry system. It was only 4 of us staying there but the condo could easily fit 6 or more people. The owners and the condo are definitely an A+++. We'll come rent again and again.
Owner response:Thank you for spending time to give us great comment. The rooftop deck of BBQ and jacuzzi are complete opened, welcome your family back next time.

Just got back from a 4 night stay in the Condo here on West Cordova in beautiful Vancouver. We were here for the 2010 Winter Olympics and this was a great spot. Right downtown, near all the action, didn't even need a car. 4 blocks to Sky Train transit, cool shops and restaurants in Gastown, and so close to the waterfront. There is a London Drugs Store, JJ Beans Coffee shop and a Nestor's food market at the base of the condo too. Pretty much anything you need right there. The condo itself is new, nicely appointed, and clean. Great beds too, we are all over 6 feet tall and 200 lbs, and the beds were just excellent. Being this was a guys trip we didn't use the kitchen much but it is also equipped nicely, plenty of glasses, plates, and cooking tools, good appliances. Bathrooms were also excellent, two showers , big tub, and tons of towels. The owners/managers , were very easy to deal with, polite and on time. Easy payment on-line too. I have nothing but nice things to say about the whole experience. It was just great. Go Canada Go!!
Owner response:Appreciate giving us excellent comment. The rooftop deck of BBQ and jacuzzi are complete opened, welcome back next time.

Mr. Tao, Our family had a great time in Vancouver and we enjoyed staying in your condominium. It all worked out really well. Your location is terrific, near the train station and convenient to some of the areas nice restaurants. Having the grocery store and the big drug store right adjacent was also very convenient. Some of the interesting restaurants and shops of Gastown nearby were fun as well. We enjoyed your apartment. It is all nicely put together and very comfortable. Our party of four really enjoyed it. Having a full kitchen is always really nice for breakfast, light meals, and drinks and snacks late. Please give our best to Mary as well. Thank you again!

Mary and Geoffery were a pleasure to work with. The condo was clean secure and centrally located. This is the first time we have used VRBO and it was a great experience. We were treated fair and they followed through with everything they said. Thanks Mary and Geoff

This condo was conveniently located to everything 'urban' about Vancouver. We walked to the Sea Bus terminal, took a trip to Lonsdale Quay and appreciated having everything we needed so close by. JJ Bean coffee shop fulfilled our mocha fixes on a daily basis and we bought our groceries at the Nester's which stocked everything we needed. The condo itself suited our purposes just fine as it had a bedroom for us and one for our two young children. It was clean and well-maintained and the in-suite laundry was a bonus. The other big bonus was the covered, secure parking. Geoffrey and his wife seemed genuinely happy to have us stay there and were punctual in answering our questions and processing our paperwork. I have only one criticism of the condo. While the rooftop view is simply amazing, the condo itself looks into a parking garage which stays brightly lit for the night. I found that a bit tiresome for the whole week, but for the price, location, and 'newness', I would recommend this unit. Vancouver is a beautiful city to visit and from this property, you can access everything that makes it world-class.
Owner response:Thank you for giving us excellent comment. Adding a dark layer on window curtain that can let the room much darker. Welcome your family back next time.
