We have our permanent residence in Minnesota. We love leaving the cold Minnesota winter to go down to the balmy Florida. We both love the outdoors. We love to exercise. We have a daughter that is going to college in Minnesota and a daughter that is a resident of Florida. We get to see the best of both worlds.
Why the Owner Chose Gateway Golf & Country Club
We chose to buy a house in Fort Myers because the weather is perfect. This is also a gated community.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
There is a great view of hole number twelve out of the lanai. Across the fairway is a lake which has woods on the other side. The sunsets are unbelievable. It is also very relaxing to get into the hot tub or party at the tiki bar.
