Come enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe from your private deck or enjoy a relaxing time in the community hot tub after a long day or skiing or mountain biking, hiking.
The unit is 60 yards from access to the Boulder Run or walk down to the Stagecoach run which is about a 5 minute walk to where you can just hop on the run and ski down to the high speed quad chair. Forget your equipment? No need to worry as the Stagecoach and Boulder Lodge's have equipment rental including demo gear! And even more of a bonus just call Black Tie Ski Service and they'll deliver to your front door!! Lift tickets and great food is also just a short walk away at the Stagecoach Lodge. If you want the fun sports atmosphere and great on-tap beer, just head on down to the Fox and Hound which is about a 2 minute drive or shuttle ride a mile down the street.
The home comes equipped with Clear Wire internet, kitchen with a full dining room with seating for 6 and bar seating for 3, a private patio deck with a 4 burner gas bbq and spectacular unobstructed lake views, an open living room with great comfy sofas and easy chairs. The unit also has an integrated surround sound speaker system through the entire home, DVD player, televisions in each bedroom, and a large 36" flat screen television in the main living room complete with cable access.
Enter on the first floor and you'll find two bedrooms the first with a queen and the second with a bunk bed with twin on top and double on the bottom, shared bathroom, kitchen and dining room, living room and patio. Go upstairs to find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large closet, washer & dryer, vaulted ceilings and lots of privacy.
There are plenty of stairs leading up to the unit, so if stairs are difficult this is not an appropriate unit to rent.

I spent a couple nights at this condo recently and was very impressed with all aspects of it. The highlight was the breathtaking views. There are very big windows and an immaculate kitchen. The HD television and sound system were gravy.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.
